Some of the first television imagery to catch my young attention in the early 60's was a cartoon, "The Space Explorers". I'd grown to think that it was a Czech production, but now must believe that bits of this German work were co-opted for that full blown animation series funded by just about every American space science organization. This imagery has been in the back of my mind for so long, and has influenced my artwork to this day. Great stuff! Thanks!

The effects are better than their American counterparts on serials like ,"Flash Gordon' or 'Buck Rogers'!

Actually more like the Sänger Amerika Bomber ramp. For their orbital bomber.

Worryingly the ramp it takes off from is like the V1 Cruise Missile

Very, very nice, the lunar orbit sequences are especially good.
