Excellent video. Yes i was disapointed to see some AAs racially distancing themselves from their African heritage (disapointed but not suprised lol). Anyway, the Israelites are African they were dispersed throughout Africa and the diaspora due to persecution. My understanding is that Judaism originated in Ethiopia, the israelites were persecuted in Egypt when it was taken by European and Arab invaders. Then the Israelites predominantly settled in W. The problem in not knowing the original language of a religion is you have to then rely on political translations and movements which do not represent the original religion. Taking parts of words and finding a similar sound or letters in Hebrew does not mean those words evolved from Hebrew necessarily either. We could do the same for most words and languages. As you said, there is movement and mixing. Even in America we use foreign words to describe things, It don't mean we practice the religions of those foreign places.

Excellent video. Yes i was disapointed to see some AAs racially distancing themselves from their African heritage (disapointed but not suprised lol). Anyway, the Israelites are African they were dispersed throughout Africa and the diaspora due to persecution. My understanding is that Judaism originated in Ethiopia, the israelites were persecuted in Egypt when it was taken by European and Arab invaders. Then the Israelites predominantly settled in W. Africa where they remain to this day.

Taking parts of words and finding a similar sound or letters in Hebrew does not mean those words evolved from Hebrew necessarily either. We could do the same for most words and languages. Hindus and Norse religions also blow a "shofar" does it mean they are Hebrew? Anyway, if people want to practice other cultures and religions than their own, it's their choice. @truleeyisrael When DNA is used to determine ancestry, it is the maternal markers (X chromosomes) that are considered the best indicators. So any DNA evidence tracing ancestry back to the Levitical tribe would be questionable at best. Also, the Bible clearly states (Ezra & Nehemiah) after the return from Babylon, none of those among the Levitical priesthood were actual Israelites. I don't doubt your claim nor discourage your enthusiasm. Just making a point that the DNA angle is not credible.

I'm telling you, when using DNA to prove or disprove ancestry, the maternal (X) chromosome portions of the DNA molecules are more reliable for determining ancestry than the paternal (Y) chromosomes are. Therefore DNA proving a link to Levi's (the man's) wife would be believable. This is not.

The Nethinim were servants (non-Israelites) since the time of Solomon.

Verse 73 says the priests and the Levites, and the Nethinim, and all Israel lived together in the city. If the Nethinim were Levites, or even Israelites, why do you suppose it lists them separately as "living together with Israel"?

Dna testing is good for testing the maternal and paternal ancestry in a straight line but it does not tell the whole story. If you go back 4 or 5 generations, every black person who has ancestors that were slaves can possibly claim up to 20 different lineages.I am one that believes that because the tribes of Israel were scattered to all ends of the earth and the only way to know if you are the house of Israel is if you follow the commandments of God and are in allegiance with others like you.

The largest slave country on the west coast first off, was Ethiopia, almost all the slave that were from west africa went to the middle east these are just the facts.. Then look up the origin of the widely used term red bone (red ibo was a name given to light skinned Igbo slaves).
