It's a fucking TV show for the sake of shit. Sure, we enjoy it, and I think it's a hell of a good show, but not everyone does/will, and guess what? That's okay! I introduced several of my friends to the show; one person fell in love with it, six said it was okay but didn't bother to watch more than one episode, and two absolutely hated it. It's not for everyone.

@regisphilbinthebrony They made up the lie that we all have no life outside of ponies. That we apply for disability and whatnot just so we can watch more ponies. They even compared us to mentally-disturbed psychotic man-children. I do admit that it is a tad silly that we enjoy a show called "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", but just because it's silly doesn't mean it's wrong.

@CCharmanderK I just watched the video again, and yeah, that is a pretty illogical generalization. I wonder how he reached that conclusion? But it's just one guy's opinion. If other people want to believe him, then fine; they're free to believe what they want and I'm not going to try to stop them. 2 there was freaking tivo and maybe u verse

3 depending what job you have there is no way you gonna file disability for a 30 min show you might be late to work but you can record it

4 fox is inaccurate half the time

If I went back in time a couple years and proclaimed at the top of my lungs that in the future a show based on the "My Little Pony" franchise would become an internet phenomenon, I'd probably get all kinds of shit thrown at me, or possibly taken to a fucking asylum (or maybe just laughed at until the day of FiM's debut). It's not that difficult to understand why some people find Bronies creepy or at least a bit unsettling.

I find it funny that they say that. im a "brony" and im 15 soon to be 16, i applied to work at gamestop and do fine is school. my friends i have in real life that are bronys are active and healthy, most of my onlinefriends i have that are bronys have relationships and jobs, the others are too young.
