Honestly enough Michael didn't really start to look weird until about the last 10 yrs of his life. For the most part he was very pleasant to look at. If you look closely at each pix you will see that Michael was very photogenic. It's hard to find a really bad photo of him. Until the mid 90's Michael's "enhanced" face was still very pretty. I don't think Michael realized by the mid 80's w/ the procedures he had up until that point ,he actually reached facial perfection for a man.
