What are you using for tips ? You say you got to make the holes bigger . When I saw your set up I thought about a gas water heater. You know you turn the knob and push a button to let the gas in. Once it gets warmed up it will stay lit. Kind of a safety thing. Well same thing in chicken houses. They got these 4 foot round heater things. Just thought if you find a old chicken house someone was tearing down. Those might come in handy. Just a thought.
I am using Mig tips .025 , but I take a hammer and beat on the top to close the hole smaller ..The actually hole size on this burner is about .011..Burners that are made for propane have to big of a hole size to use with hho ..
My first thought was that would make a nice grill. Then I thought about the people up north who froze to death a few winters back because they did not have any heat. I think your really on to something here.
You could use that design idea to make a high speed pizza oven prototype. Imagine being able to cook a pizza in 1/2 the time and at a fraction of the cost.
You should patent it and lease your design to Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, & Little Ceasar's.
Hey man that;s a great idea , I have oven plans also .....The great thing about this is ya dont have to wait for it to warm up , its hot as soon as you light it ..
Plus you could even make a version for fast food grills.
Their grills use gas, but they have to have filters for the carbon monoxide. HHO doesn't produce carbon monoxide, so that would save money. HHO heats up instantly, so there is less prep time involved.
Who knows, maybe you could come up with a way to connect HHO directly into the gas line to make a Hybrid Gas/HHO burner.
I have played a little bit with mixing HHO with different gases, the heat is lower and you have to hair air to burn it ..The goods point are it lowers the flame rate way down, I bubbled hho thru 1 tsp of lighter fluid, 3 tsp of rubbing alcohol and rest water and I could light the end of the hose and it would burn , and when did flashback it was not bad..but I dont know if it produces any bad stuff by doing that ..
That info is so valuable. That is your best video yet. I cant wait to see your cooking video. You are using the same amount of gas i am using for experiments. When you cook something i will cook the same thing on my thick flame burner and see how much gain there is between one thick burner and 19 small ones. This will answer an important question for me. If you can, try to measure the temp of the pot or pan you use, away from the centre. Your awsome! Thanks!

Nice design,
please try to add compressed air via an airpump to the bubbler or to the HHO cell and then you will get no more flashbacks.
Have a look at YOutube users Hollywoods7
for this trick.

What do you plan to cook with that many tips????? Anything you want!!!
I would try putting that inside a hot house for drying meat, that would dry a side of beef in no time.
