iv lived in murrells inlet for 7 years and balky bear is 10 off. 3 mile reef its at the 3 mile marker so ya. they are using a ballyhoo and the water is probably 30 ft max.

Belky bear is only 5 miles out. Certain times of the year you can catch dolphin there.
