I have a question regarding raw food and endurance athletics... I started running for hobby maybe around a year ago, but around 3 or 4 months ago, as I heard stories about the boston marathon, nyc, or other big names, about 6 to 8 weeks ago I decided I was going to start training to do one some day. As you can probably emagine, marathoners have to do long training runs, which often involve eating mid run so you dont hit the wall (to make it short). Do you (or anyone reading this who has an...
idea) know what would be good raw foods to use for mid run re fueling during the long runs? I have expiramented with dried fruit, but in the past I have found it dehydrating... Is there any raw food you know of thats lightweight and would work for this purpose(should be mainly carbs)?
Yeah I watched those videos. I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying it's harder. That guy spends a lot of money and time making a raw food diet work. It's definitely harder to see results on a raw food diet, wouldn't you agree? I just want to know why.
Cheers. I have been raw before, but one thing that I found hard was keeping muscle definition. If a raw food diet is best for humans, why is it so much easier to have a nice muscular body on a diet of wholegrain and meat?
Thank you. I will start doing this more and taking smoothie & green juices to gym with me to have on hand after I workout. Thanks again. Love your vids
Please tell me what do you suggest eating after working out. Have been raw & cooked. But after I workout I try to do raw but an some fruit, or salad and nuts has me starving. I've started doing chicken and salad or tuna with wakame & cucumbers lately, But I really don't like chicken or tuna that much. So what to do?

How old are you? Do you think it's vital to eat organic produce even if it means you can't afford enough to make you full?
