I think there should be a Dissidia 2 with more characters from each game seperated on both the Cosmos and Chaos sides. Definitely no KH characters though. Let's keep this FF only, characters from other series would just ruin it IMO.
Though it would be cool to have the protagonists from each game in the next KH.
Garland is Chaos' avatar its said in his character description so basically he is him but he isn't him at the same time like a puppet/servant you control perfectly.
um ff1 is his main story and in ff9 there is a boss called garland but the ff9 is not the same garland as the one in ff1. the ff1 garland is in dissidia

If one person is fluent in another language does not mean they are qualified to translate the language into another, just means they can speak/read the language. THe person with the most exprience in translation is more qualified. Normally the one who works for the company wanting the translation.
