man this was one of the best classes i have ever had in the fire service.mr. Dodson was here in rocky mount nc today. what a honor to have him in our town for two days. being in the recruit class this year it made me understand alot.every firefighter should sit in on a class with mr, Dodson.

I love this series. My dad was one of the old time "smoke-eaters", and when there was a fire in the area, he would point out what the smoke was doing and explain what it meant. I frequently catch myself watching fire videos on the news and saying whether it was about to flash, or if they were getting water to it, ... By the way- nice HME 1871 series in the background!
