I agree with his statement about do not order from wicked laser. I got the E3 200mw purple 1 year ago and i still don't have it. Hell you can get the same quality ebay laser for about the same price and have it within a month not a year. So yea don't order from wicked laser due to there high order demand and extremely slow shipping.

I don't know what ya'll are talking about I got the 100mw wicked E3 and they only sell green, red, and purple when i ordered mine. The purple is supposedly Blue/violet. I didn't get any of the free tripod or anything. Mine burns stuff pretty well and its only 100mw but only with fresh battery. Have to use a magnifying glass after a few minutes to continue burning matches, tape, black plastic, ballons ,etc.

Wicked lasers has become hit and miss now a days, they used to be good but not anymore,I ordered an arctic back when they were new and wicked never shipped it, I ended up getting a refund but it took weeks for them to reply and not only are thier delivery times piss poor but thier specs are lies, I bought a e3 because the blueray unit was supposed to have a tight 1mm beam, that was a LIE, if you want a great laser at a good price check out o-like or rayfoss.

thats a sonar. it does pop baloons and light matches. and actually 200 mw is very powerful. lasers starting fron 50 mw can pop black baloons and light dark matches. with this one you can pop dark (not necessarily black) baloons and light even white matches and dont shine any laser more than 10 mw directly to the cammera or you will burn it.

take a small Flathead screwdriver and take off the power button then you will see a hole. put a small + head screwdriver and while pressing the power button with something turn the screw slightly to the left and you can almost double the power output... of course you will use more batterys faster but you should be able to see the beam in the daytime too..... and don't forget to put the power button back on!

technically they did send you the correct laser. they said the sonars would be shipped in an E3 casing, since they said that the E3 lasers had a better casing. they said that on their website a couple of months ago that the sonars would be upgraded to an E3 casing.

i was thinking about buying a laser like this, im just not sure about eye safety. Do you have to wear the protective glasses all the time?, also if i do somthing like shine it at a picture frame, for example, will the reflected rays damage my eyes?
