Ken Lewis in my opinion is a good man who was taken advantage of by the heavy handed thugs in Washington. They talked him into purchasing Merrill Lynch "for the good of the country". He was then pressured into taking TARP money in order for the government to have leverage with them in the future, to shut them up.
