Who's gonna hire s gentle soft voiced lawyer when I watch his commercials he means business he is the Texas hammer , this is him behind the scenes when he's doing his job he has every reason to be loud and obnoxious , because he will fight for you not stand back and take it easy on the insurance company or whoever is at fault ....TEXAS HAMMER!

why doesn't he talk like this in his commercials? Gently and reasonably? His yelling and obnoxious attitude in his commercials just make him sound like an idiot. He should really try and talk more like he does in this video, it makes him seem like a much better person.
