WWE is in no way, shape or form better then TNA wrestling. WWE without a shadow of a doubt though... indeed SEEM! better.
Granted Vince owns all past brands in sports entertainment when coming to wrestling... ECW and the WCW. If Vince brought Nitro back and even had a few originals thrown into that! brand, that brand alone would beat the entire umbrella of the WWE, which is why, he will never do it anytime soon.
