I don't know how to do the others, but the bathtub thing you just select the bathtub and choose "Play" or something. I'm not sure how the sim's mood or personality has to be for it however.
@ IamVenusDestruction the lampshade is from the pleasure aspiration despiration and the dog poo is from if you have a bad date w/ someone the dance in bathtub will only be avalible to playful sims. sorry if i have bad spelling i'm 8 1/2
