It is a very good reason to play RPG just for the story, they are very interesting to discover and play with. Xenogears is a great choice too !! The fact they keep expanding the story is an awesome idea, to see that the story isn't ended is always good !! All the expansions of FF7 looks interesting. I don't have the chance to play with them too...I only have FF7 for PS1.

Yes ! I like FF7 too, but of all Final Fantasy video games FF8 is my all time favorite, the only one I started and finish completely many times !! The story of FF7 and characters are very interesting, as in the movie FF7 Advent Children. Me too, I haven't played with this one... Vincent is an awesome character, handsome and enigmatic, I'm agree with you, better than Cloud !!

I actually play RPG just for the story, and so far, FF7 and Xenogears are still the best for me. Just small loopholes in character development. And they keep expanding the story: Advent Children, Last Order, Before Crisis, this one, and Crisis Core. I don't have chance to play them all ... T_T
