That's an amazing fly!!! I'm gonna tie that and throw it at some salmon in Alaska sometime. Will that work for salmon? Seems like it should. Anyway, fantastic fly!

beautiful looking pattern, I tie a similar pattern using estaz chenille instead of the diamond braid and white rabbit strip, marabou and schlopin collar.
I'm about as sure as can be that this will work on pike to!
By the way: is'nt steelhead the same as rainbow trout and that it's only the name thats different?
