OK, managed to get half way through this before my mounting disgust got the better of me. Some of us, perhaps many, maybe even most, base our view on various conspiracies on the evidence and behavior of the parties involved along with the time-honored 'Who benefits?' method. Spouting trite 'explanations' of how it's a defense of those that are socially impaired or whatever is just a fucking insult, thank you very much.
Gold and silver are natural resources the earth gives us. Until we unearth ALL of our resources, They will be Currency to us. When we start to harness energy from outter earth materials (Stars, planets etc.) we can become a better race. We would have to unite as one and forget religion.
conspiracy theories, I may not agree with most I hear... But I have bought as much Gold and Silver as I can... They are not doing bad at all as I see the banks and the paper market collapse around us all...
I don't think Peter Joseph, the creator of the Zeitgeist series is a strict conspiracy theoirst per se, he just challenges people to think outside the box and do a little thinking themselves. We should know by now that the mainstream media lies feeds us whatever they want to feed us. Not on every issue, but on a fair amount of issues. Just look at Fox News and Rupert Murdoch. Fair and balanced?? LOL, give me a break.
I believe that the leaders of major religions know it's bullshit. It's, admittedly, a belief without any hard evidence to support it. But I find it hard to believe the leaders of these cults don't know what they're doing. That's why they killed Galileo, because they knew he was right, and they didn't want people finding out. If they truly believed in their doctrine, they wouldn't fear criticism. The dogma would stand on its own.
Oh man I LOVE you guys. It's impossible to find anyone on YouTube (aside from equally insane Christian one-world-order whack-jobs) that will talk about Zeitgeist crap in terms of what it is; crap.
When I was a Christian, fellow Christians actually took Zeitgeist seriously. I even knew some Christians that took the Da Vinci code seriously.
Christians are VERY strange, why don't they get educated by some proper creditable historian? If you talk to most biblical historian, they will explain that many books of the new testament such as 2 Timothy is forged. That is something more believable than fucking Zeitgeist.
coz they have never been taught to not believe things that seem like "inside knowledge", somehow other "mysterious" or whatever makes your mind going into an adventure.
They don't know or don't understand rational, sceptical thinking.
Im sorry but your claim that the only evidence that 911 was an inside job is that the goverment has participated in conspiracy theories before and zeitgeist is a GROSS misrepresentation of the amount of FACTUAL EVIDENCE that supports the simple premise that the goverments version of the events of 9/11 are not supported by the facts but refuted...my argument is that YOU are the one discounting information that doesnt support your belief that anyone who doesnt buy the story is delusional
The very idea that the people on Flight 93 did not make those calls is so heartless and foolish... It implies that either all of those people and all of their loved ones were in on it, dupes, or fools. In reality, they were heroes and victims. Makes me so mad.
@9886635574 What? Who you gonna vote then? Rick Perry? Newt Gringrich, Obama? Ron Paul is the only mildly sane choice (hes going to end drug war, stall military industrial complex, prison industrial complex, etc, end the private profiteering from taxpayer money from the FED, etc) Now Obama, what he did? He lied, lied again, then lied some more. And all those republicans are just puppets, now Ron Paul, you can see he's authentic, his speeches come from the heart and make a lot of sense.
@9886635574 Even tho he's a religious nutcake. But well, I would vote for a religious person being an atheist, don't you get mad when people say they wouldn't vote for an atheist? That means they have prejudice agains't reason, now I don't have prejudice agaisn't foolishness. just anti-secularism, fascism, racism, etc
@Konicava a comedian recently said that we ave a 2 party system, democrats,is a party without any ideas, republicans is a party with bad ideas. I think we need to get rid of career politicians all together.
You are rebuked in the name of Jesus whos father raped his 13yr old engaged mother without the consent of Joe.This was a good cover up for Joe.Joe was fucking the hell out of Mary and got pregnant. She would have been stoned for the slut she was. They created story similiar to Rhea Silvia (mother of Romulus and Remus) miraculously impregnated by the god Mars or Rhea would have been killed as she was a vestal virgin.
fuuny thing is the 1st segment of the zeigeist vid is dead on and then....lala land! lol what u see in the beginning anyone who bothers to be well read in comparative religion will tell u is fact! the prob is what they extrapolate from those facts....they say religion is bad...but then deny it was religion that did 9/11 in order to not offend the muslims! lol!
9/11 - The Lazy Job, had intel, didn't act upon it for some reason.
Christianity - Just another big crazy big religion, Zeitgeist is bullshit.
AIDS - Man fucked monkey, STD mutated, 100% deadly, although you can hold it back a bit.
Autism - A million causes of the symptoms, generally birth defect from exposure or genetics.
Fluorides - Only work topically on the teeth, ingested it's worthless and gathers in the bones, teeth and brain, so don't drink it and keep brushing your teeth.
Anyone who claims they are an Atheist due to being rational and logical would not take any stock in the Zeitgeist movement. If you want to disprove Zeitgeist's religious theories quickly go to the National Museum of Egypt in Cairo and read up on real Egyptian Mythology, Totally contradicts what they say on here. If your an Atheist fine, but dont rewrite history on the internet with a bunch of people who believe in pagan Gods to try to back your Atheism.
@lion575 Zeitgeist is a scam and is done this way on purpouse.
The way they do it is to bring facts that are easily verifiable. Then they bring more that are harder to verify, then they just make some up that are almost impossible to verify for the general public. People wanting to do a bit of research will verify the simple ones and assume that the others are correct since they can't find information on them.
@IAM18YEARSOLDANDOVER I never said a thing about the movie, but I have heard Archaya S claim the holocaust wasn't real, Isis was a virgin, Jesus wasn't real because non romans were never crucified (which is totally false crucifixion was reserved for foreigners and slaves - not romans), Man never walked on the moon (it was a conspiracy), and all kinds of other ridiculous claims, and she is considered one of the leaders of the Zeitgeist movement is she not?
@lion575 You have been talking about the first movie which Archaya S is featured in. She is not the leader of the Zeitgeist Movement at all. Like I said, The Zeitgeist Movement have distanced themselves from the first movie, and only focus on the second and third movie.
Outlandish conspiracy theories seem to have several motivations. Sometimes political, religious motivations are involved. I've noticed in my interactions on-line that a lot of American Muslims are attracted to the 9/11 CTs, and for obvious reasons. Those who have an anti-government bent are particularly susceptible.
Another motivation is the "fun factor" of the theory itself. It's like a spy novel that they never really finish, and they believe that they're involved in the story itself.
The brightest star visible in Perth Western Australia on christmas day was in the western sky. I know we are down under but west is west and east is east so that should not change. How ever if we are at the top of the world the star in the west would be actually in the east. This has turned my world upside down :) Anyway I am no astonomer could someone please tell me what this star is?
altho some of the zeitgeist religious parts have been very loose on the facts i still agree in its feneral point of christianity being a big scam to keep people obidient and it has existed before long before the bible, it has astrological basis in it and folktale parts that were circulating at the time weaved into it and is generaly a load of bronze age crap. the rest of the zeitgeist that dabs in 9.11 and big banking is a bit less believable but certainly thaught provoking.
I find it really odd that they could pick the flesh off religious belief using logic but magically that logic gets parked at the door with regard to some of these "conspiracy theories". Maybe some ACTUAL investigation which takes time & effort could be done before making these comments. They sound EXACTLY like the same close-minded religious people they criticise. I guess EVERYONE believes things they haven't proven.
Don´t add Tracie on facebook unless you want the main feed spamed with posts every minute.. Had to kick her 10 minutes after she accepted my invitation
How long have you been under a rock.Out of those 1500 charlatans, approximately 11 had studied structural engineering. And MANY weren't relevant. Do some research before you spout nonsense. The TM is dead for a reason, without any new claims in two years. I am in engineering and my professor ruins one bunk claim after another during free time.
George Carlin was NEVER methodological in his arguments. He often appealed to "government distrust" instead of delving deep into the details.
"Sirius aligns with Orion's belt on Dec. 24th"... what? The stars are fixed (for practical purposes) so their relative positions don't change depending on the date (on our small scale). Only their time of ascension.
@pedazodeboludo yep, they r fixed, tho' they, aligned, point to the place were the sun will rise, but anyways, you are right, the girls are wrong saying it "cant be Sirius", hey girls!! here is someone who actually did the research!! otra cosa, que nombre original papa!
People, if you are atheist means you have been able to see beyond religious propaganda and brainwashing indoctrination, and you have achieved that thrum research and investigation to gain knowledge and understanding, 911 truth will challenge your world view once again, the information and SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE is there for you to review, you have now NO EXCUSE. /watch?v=lw-jzCfa4eQ
9/11 was the only day in history in which not one but 3 buildings collapsed to dust due to fire, and one wasn't even hit by a plane.... building 7 and was announced 15 minutes before the collapse even occur on live TV , and all 3 in FREE FALL SPEED, meaning there is no resistance, nothing to delay the fall.. well i hope you search more about this issues.
@rosmer00 I feel forced to comment: "9/11 was the only day in history in which not one but 3 buildings collapsed to dust due to fire" <-- Have you left out information here? have you neglected to say what you actually mean? Fire can level whole villages in LESS than a day, so what makes you think JUST 3 hasn;'t happened before?
@gleehmee that what you just said is just lack or research, look, i dont want to get involved in a silly debate, whatch this: watch?v=lw-jzCfa4eQ
after you can believe what you want, critical thinking is more than just dismissing claims because they sound "wacky" at the time, has to do with doing the research first and then judging if weather or not the claim has some credit.
@gleehmee so.. thats it? now we should start calling names at each other? that was quick...look ..forget the link i provided, forget what i have said.. forget my initial comment.. believe what you want. but know that we have the fossils. what you have is propaganda.
@gleehmee with "fossils" i meant empirical evidence, it was an analogy, im arrogant? no, i was wrong and then after someone pointed me were and what to look for, i understood, and i wasn't wrong no more, the "very little evidence" is what creationist say about evolution, the EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE is there for you to evaluate, IF you have the time to do so.., your initial comparison its a joke, villages (mostly wood) VS
massive reinforced steel & concrete mufti billion high rise buildings.
@rosmer00 so I was right in my initial question. You missed out information, making your comment incorrect.
I was not comparing to two, I made a statement of fact: whole villages can be leveled by fire (even in the modern day, the wood comment is an assumption) very quickly, your statement as it stood was wrong, it was only due to you failing to priovide complete information that you found the comment to be a "joke".
Sorry if you find it insulting, but you are being arrogant on this.
@gleehmee what you just did was deviating from the main issue, in which my initial comment had context: 9/11, i was clearly referring to massive reinforced structures, and i suspect you can see clearly you created a nice strawman, i sayd : A is true, you sayd: B is false , then proved B was false and declared victory, what ever. you have no interest in finding out the truth, seems you only want to be right, maybe you are too emotional about this issue. and im sorry for that.
@rosmer00 wow, you're reading way more into this than there actually is. I made no strawmen, I asked you a question. A straight forward, point of fact question, which you since answered, all this other stuff you're coming out with is... ...out of place.
The bit about "wanting to be right" is an absurd statement to make in a discussion, should I say the same about you?
"Emotional about this issue" which issue? the 9/11 topic? I have no stake in it. Your bad arguments? Minor irritation.
@gleehmee dudde, you are a waste of time, instead of discussing how the government (that is sociopaths with power) murdered 3000 and went into 2 wars for OIL, you are more focused on a minor pathetic argument of weather i forgot to be more specific in my initial statement, (which i dint you toked it out of context), but of course its easiest for you to reject the entire thing, than actually do the damn research and look at the EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE.. am i talking with a religious nutcase or what??
@gleehmee Ok. Believe What - Ever - You - Like - Without - Researching - a - Single - Thing , Truth - is - What - You - Want - It - To - Be - And - Not - What's - Been - Empirically - Proved.
Arguing with you is worst than arguing with a Jehovah Witness. Your fanatic solipsism will prevent you from realizing anything.
In case you wanna get better, here is the vaccine: /watch?v=lw-jzCfa4eQ
@rosmer00 haha, don't act like you understand science or scientists.
You are not being rational, you are not being accurate. You are not well placed to discuss science, you appear incapable. Please, calm down, I initially asked for just one clarification.
Statements like "what's been empirically proven" show you're somewhat inexperienced in science.
Do you know what solipsism is? I have not demonstrated such a thing.
1: You have demonstrated a misunderstanding of the terms, thus showing inexperience, although I recognise this could actually be down to the language barrier.
2: Rather than address the matter at hand you threw out other arguments for your beliefs rather than address the problem in your initial argument. This is not how we do it in science.
3: You assume things about me that I did not state.
You call ME a troll and a disgrace? Not today thanks.
@gleehmee Look, i you want to start all over again well continue in PM we'll copy every comment and we'll analyze it from there. otherwise don't bother me again please.
@gleehmee so, im an "arrogant" and a "Nut", note that i didn't call you names, nor i have attacked your person, like you did from the beginning and i have my reasons, now please, do me a favor, dedicate a little of your time to watch the Architects, Engineers presentation, that im sure will clarify the diffidence with these buildings.
Im sorry girls, im a big fan of the show, but you cant "debunk" anything with just your "thesis" of what "may" cause conspiracies to flourish, in other words, that was just your opinion, AND:
please, download the software STELLARIUM , check for your selves that THE STAR IN TH EAST ITS SIRIUS, yes enter the year -2000 and play with the stars and constellations, you are wrong there.
Now 9/11 how about Architects & Engineers of world reputation dismissing the official version?.
While the large pharma companies in US do have have almost total monopoly on medicine and drugs. (For one US citizen cant or have hard time getting drugs and medicine cheaper from abroad and regurlarly have to deal with prize fixing) but that doesnt mean one gets to jump to...
..the drugs or medicines or vaccines themselves are crony. If they were crony then one could say these huge companies are selling water :p Not exactly a bussness practice that would remain "hidden" for very long at all XD
If anyone is really serious about Zeigeist I recommend you look up the video "The History of Satanism" and prepare to ROFL all over for a LONG time when you recognize the voice as the same guy as in Zeitgeist.
what if water is actually drug?? and the effects your body has to the changes of not drinking water kills you in 3 days??..what if air is poison put there by a secret society and it kills us in 80/90 years??
not sure where you are getting this from, but your description of why people believe "conspiracy theories", is imo pretty far from the mark, and very very general.
i really dont think they are defense mechanisms, any more than atheism is a defense mechanism.
how about : we looked at the evidence, and reached an opinion, just like you did ?
and lastly, there was nothing in zeitgeist, religion, that involved any kind of intelligent agency as a cause
The Zeitgeist Movement has nothing to do with conspiracy theories. Anyone who takes 5 minutes to research what it's really about would see that.
Throwing anything that is unofficial into the "conspiracy theory" bucket only to dismiss it is nonsense. I am surprised to see these limited statements coming from people who are supposed to be so critical and rational.
@cassioam Have you ever tried to find any source to the claims that Zeitgeist makes about horous?
Have you ever personaly looked through Zeitgeist sources?
Itś a very good strategy to tell people to "do there own research", since people will feel like they dont have to do any research. Ive been trying to find out the truth for many years now, and i havent found any evidence to support anything at all.
@bengrik sorry, I wasn't trying to argue if the religious claims in the Zeitgeist movie are true or false. I just wanted to clarify that the first Zeitgeist movie was an artistic expression from Peter Joseph, with his views at that time. The Zeitgeist Movement, founded later by the same Peter Joseph, has nothing to do with your stand on religion or 9/11. The goal is to apply the scientific method for social concerns. Watch Zeitgeist: Moving Forward here on youtube for more information.
For most people it feels good to engage in group think. Often people point to organized religion and far out conspiracy theories as examples of group think. But let's take a look at another group called skeptics. Jen Peeples has automatically discounted the theories of others simply because it doesn't fit the mainstream view as if the source of information (the government) has been proven to be honest. A truly intelligent person would do research before they discount anything.
This episode should have been dedicated to the real whistle-blowers out there, such as Alex Jones, William Deagle, and yes folks, even David Icke. Oh, that's right, they wouldn't dare discuss the actual conspiracies, only the "theoretical" conspiracies.
@DaTruthsHere Bullshit. Name me one single peer-reviewed credible scientific journal which supports any conspiracy theory about 9/11 or vaccination conspiracies.
You're completely unhinged if you think that the scientific consensus backs you up. It doesn't. Rational people think you're crackpots, which is why you're making as much headway as Creationists when it comes to this crap.
Again: name a single scientific journal which supports your conspiracy theories - a credible journal, mind you.
@SummerSeale "peer-reviewed credible scientific journal which supports any conspiracy theory about 9/11 or vaccination conspiracies.", If you're talking about mainstream scientific journal's then I'm afraid they wouldn't talk about this kind of information which could be the reason you would ask me to name a mainstream scientific journal, However research Dr. John Rengen Virapen who decided to speak out on this matter,You make yourself sound more deluded as we continue, I think you are "crazy".
@DaTruthsHere "...If you're talking about mainstream scientific journal's then I'm afraid they wouldn't talk about this kind of information..." And there you have it: You readily admit that you believe the scientific community is conspiring against you, and only a few scientists have "spoken out" against it.
That's exactly what puts you in the Creationist thinking camp. Scientists aren't conspiring, and thinking so makes you a paranoid lunatic.
@SummerSeale It's DaTruthsHere on another account since I got blocked on my other one, Saying I'm part of the "Creationist thinking camp" is a fallacy as you have not researched into what I'm saying which is a sign of preconceived thoughts which have no good reasoning behind them which is faith, You're like a theist, Ignorant.
There have been various archaeological discoveries where mainstream science does not publish the information because it's "too threatening" etc, Research Michael A. Cremo.
@StarJourneyer Again with the "scientists are covering things up" thing, and that is exactly what creationists say. I'm sorry, but you earn a big fat FAIL on your attempt. Every single person who has a conspiracy theory will say this, and that is exactly what identifies them as conspiracy theorists.
"You see, scientists are afraid of the truth so they are covering up the real origin of fossils."
"You see, scientists are afraid of the truth so they are covering up the real cause of 9/11."
@StarJourneyer Lol what says that I didn't? Michael A. Cremo is a Hindu *Creationist*. He's a known conspiracy theorist. He's a complete and utter lunatic. And here you are, trying to counter my claim that conspiracy theorists are like creationists...with an example of a *creationist* lunatic conspiracy theorist as evidence that you somehow respect science?
That's why I'm laughing at you. The irony is so thick that I can cut it.
BTW, I mocked you and your friends yesterday on G+ in a big way.
@StarJourneyer I think I'm done debating with a creationist conspiracy theorist like you. I'll accept his "evidence" once it has been reviewed and deemed absolutely solid by all the other scientists out there.
But don't hold your breath! He's been trying for decades. That is certainly enough time to prove your "world shattering" evidence to the scientific world which, as far as I can tell, has completely rejected it because it is utterly insane.
@SummerSeale Michael A. Cremo is a member of the World Archeological Congress and the European Association of Archaeologists as well as an associate member of the Bhaktivedanta Institute specializing in history and philosophy of science and you have the nerve to call him a "lunatic" when he is probably triple the intellect of you because you think all "Conspiracy theory's" are false. I'm not a creationist so calling me a creationist isn't annoying me. And his claims have been reviewed.
@StarJourneyer Yes, of course, he's been reviewed and I'm certain that any decade now, his groundbreaking theories will be vindicated before the evil mean scientists who have been holding back "the truth" for all these centuries!
Naturally, if you go to any reputable journal of Archaeology or Biology or any other peer reviewed publication, his name will appear all over it as some sort of hero.
Absolute nonsense. And if you believe him, you *are* a bloody idiotic creationist.
@SummerSeale Clearly we're not getting anywhere on this, You should research Hyper-dimensional physics, Quantum entanglement, Sacred Geometry & Unified Fields, It provides proof we are all interconnected, You see, Most would call this a theory but it's factual.
Also in photos of the pentagon you can see the damage from where the wings hit the building. In a couple shots you don't notice it and these are the shots the conspiracy supporters use.
In other shots at angles you see the perfect lines of damage from the wings next to the hole.
I use to think 911 was an inside job as well. Until I found more evidence. Its hard to find because the truth movement has put out so much hand picked shots and videos.
Most people believe in the inside job thoery of 911 because of the deductive argument that 'if the WT buildings fell at free fall speed, then they fell due to demolition.'
Many videos make it look like this is the case, but they are often edited to do so. If you only see these videos it seems convincing. If you watch more videos though you see they fell slower than freefall.
Build 7 started falling 8 seconds before most videos start.
1 - I don't subscribe to any beliefs. However, I do think that some conspiracy theories (in particular those in Zeitgeist) can (can) be true. Zeitgeist makes claims and present proofs. Rebuttal is needed, not just dismissal ("oh, those are conspiracy theories", and no counterproof)
2 - We all look for reaffirmation of a group. The ACA is one of them, too.
3 - 9/11 is not an "inexplicable" event. Neither is astrotheology.
My mom is an herbalist and gives me all kinds of teas and tinctures and she also recommended colloidal silver as an anti-bacterial/anti-viral/anti-fungal supplement, kind of the way people take vitamin C to strengthen immune function. Colloidal silver is not a snake-oil cure, it is a supplement. The "turning blue" thing happened to one guy, he also takes shitloads of it every day, way more than anyone ought to. My hair has turned blue, but I don't think it was the colloidal silver....
@pghg022 Blue like a smurf. My hair is a different color every couple weeks......usually crayola colors, the kind of color that is nobody's natural color. It's actually fading to green now, but soon enough it will be bleached, trimmed, then dyed blood red. Maybe I should dye it silver....although in a few years it will get there on it's own.
How does this guy who wrote in know that the claim about the Vitamin D3 and that silver stuff isnt a conspiracy by the producers of Vit D3 and that sliver stuff??
Wow, they are actually using theistic logic, straw-men, cherry picking, gross generalizations and outright falsehoods to argue that anyone who believes in government conspiracies is mentally unsound. I'm an atheist, which is a point I reached by using my ability for reason. Reason also allows us to take a scrutinizing look at our governments, their activities, and the effects that they have on us as citizens.
I guess that these people just enjoy being "naysayers", to appear superior to others.
The problem is conspiracy nuts use the fallacies you accuse the hosts of committing. Never once have I met anyone who doesn't say "The jews are manipulating the media" or "Scientists quash the results to keep pushing the NWO" or some bullshit like that.
Really? I find the internet awash with videos and articles from those in the medical profession who claim nothing of the sort, on topics such as vaccines and GMO dangers. Besides, "the problem" isn't that these "nuts" are doing anything- it's that these AE folks are showing themselves to be arrogant and unwilling to view evidence before making false claims- something they shun others for. Lumping "nuts" together with those of us who care about the health of all is asinine.
You can't just act like all conspiracies are wrong, you are going on faith instead of looking at the facts there. Sound familiar? Yeah it's just like the theists! And as for the debunking...it's just as believable as the conspiracy.
@brandonofthedead Debunking is just as believable as the conspiracy isn't a valid statement. Something is either true or it isn't, if the conspiracy is valid then the debunking isn't believable, if the debunking is valid then the conspiracy is false. You don't get it both ways, that's an attempt at deception that does nothing more then sow the seeds the doubt which I submit to you is the only "evidence" most conspiracy theorists have.
@Bromopar I agree that something is either true or false, but that does not make my statement invalid. Just because something is valid doesn't mean that the false statement isn't believable. That makes no sense. That's like saying Santa is real...I truly believed that at one time.
@brandonofthedead Errr we can act like all things that we don't have any evidence for are wrong - we don't have any evidence for the uncountable number of ridiculous conspiracy theories, so we treat them all as wrong. Tell me, without evidence how do you discriminate between the conspiracy theories you regard as correct and those you regard as crackpot? Or do you just accept every single conspiracy theory you hear?
@hmspinaforethisisspa I'm not sure what angle your going with here. Are you saying you are for or apposed to saying all conspiracy theories are false? By the way no I do not believe in every one I hear, I look at the evidence, and in some cases facts, and I go from there. Weigh both sides and come to an informative decision.
@brandonofthedead They're not "going on faith," the exact opposite, they're exercising rational skepticism. The burden of proof is on the conspiracy theorists. Until they meet that burden, rational people can only reject those "theories."
@tph2010 There is proof for many conspiracies. Just like typical dumb lazy ignorant Americans, they just don't WANT to believe. I hope you're cumpfy under that rock when the NWO rains their terror over your unprepared families.
@956crazyman19 Exactly we all need to get guns and prepare ourselves. Shit is going to hit the fan, I think now is the time to join your local militia.
@Silentsam7532 You're a gullible dumb son of a bitch if you actually believe everything your govt wants you to. So you don't believe in not one conspiracy? EVER? Wow, you probably don't even know who Ron Paul is either do you? You're an idiot, stop talking your nonsense to me.
@brandonofthedead I am the last person to believe everything my government tells me. I am also not going to believe any jack ass I meet either. I only believe science.
Of course I know who Ron Paul is. He is the guy who thinks the Republican party still ahs anything to do with its roots. He is one of the last honest politicians.
Its not that I don't believe in conspiracies. I just only believe ones that seem likely and are not disproven. Even then I don't act as if I know.
@Silentsam7532 There are plenty of conspiracies that are more than likely, but have been "dis-proven" . Plenty of those "dis-proven" conspiracies have been backed up by science mind you. What about 9/11? Do you also believe that a building would fall down on it's own. Like it's trying to be like all of the buildings. Or that a plane would crash into a sound structure built to withstand a hit like that would free fall downward on it's own? Also when did I "act as if I knew" about any theory?
@brandonofthedead You acted like that in your response. Also when something is disproven it is done so by science, not disproven while supported by science.
I am a hpysics major and I understand where it looks strange at first. The videos that the 911 truth movement show look convincing, but when you see other videos that are not cut and editted you see things are not as unatural as they first looked.
One conspiracy that makes sense is the creation of the fed to screw America.
@Silentsam7532 First off I've seen the debunking videos as well and I'm convinced otherwise. Also I never acted as if I knew one way or another about any conspiracies, in fact I don't believe I even mentioned any one in particular. Oh and your dis-proven by science mumbo jumbo is ridiculous to say the least. There are plenty that are thrown out regardless of the factual and scientific evidence.
@brandonofthedead There is more than just the debunking videos. There are answers and explanations for most of the questions raised about 911. Also when they try and claim that the plane that hit the field was faked they really shot themselves in the foot.
There is footage of that plane going down just as the official story says. The story says that because of the eye witnesses.
Sorry, but I don't think you should talk about scientific claims. You dont seem to understand science or its process.
@Silentsam7532 First of all you kind of brought up the debunking videos not me. You can believe that there are answers to disprove 9-11 if you'd like. As far as me not understanding science and it's process, ok I don't really know where you came to that conclusion. Over the past few days of having this conversation with you, I'm starting to realize you just like to hear yourself talk. You refuse any facts that you don't believe to be true. Enjoy going through life with your fingers in your ears.
@brandonofthedead I know I brought them up, I was just saying there was more than the debunking videos.I only said you don't understand science because you seemed to reject the idea that science is about disproving, not proving.
Its funny that you say I refuse facts, and yet you have done nothing but assert that there are scientific facts without actually saying what they are. Could you give me any facts about 911 that supports the idea that it was an inside job, or that there were explosives?
@Silentsam7532 How about the fact that those buildings were built to withstand specifically plane crashes. How about the fact that it was just recently before 9-11 under new ownership, and just about a month or so before the crashes they had some new emergency drill and evacuated everyone for some hours. @brandonofthedead Ya, they were built to take a 737. Im not going to squable over the different size because its not that much of an issue. It seems that the design failed when tested though.
The new ownership is not evidence for anything. Neither is his trying to claim it as two seperate acts. People him get rich by screwing the system.
It would take much more than a few hours during a drill to get the suspected thermite painted onto all those core beams. More than Jebb Bush could get them.
@Silentsam7532 Well I'm obviously going to keep running into this stubborn brick wall with you. I'm glad you have so much faith in your govt. They do say that ignorance is bliss. I'm going to go join my local militia, and prepare myself and my family. For your sake I hope your death is quick. When the military takes over, just lunge at them, and they'll probably put you out of your misery.
@brandonofthedead Brick wall? oh you mean reason and critical thinking.
You keep thionking I trust the government. You don't have the slightest clue do you? I don't trust the government at all. I just don't think they are super geniouses and are capable of pulling off the kind of stuff you think they can do.
I doubt you are very politically aware or know what is going on in the world around you. You probably think everything revolves around America. Go have fun hiding from your shadow.
@Silentsam7532 No I meant brick wall. If you don't think they are not only capable, but doing these things than you are only proving me right. I am obviously more politically aware than yourself. No I definitely don't think everything revolves around America, you obviously have no argument so now you're criticizing me for things I didn't say. Your insult makes no sense.Wouldn't it be more like I'm hiding from some alternate universe shadow that doesn't exist? That makes more sense in this context
@brandonofthedead You have put up very little. You just seem to like saying things are obvious and proven without much understanding how the concept of proving something works.
I have heard of, and once believed all the 911 evidence. As I found more and more holes in the story of the truth moement though the more I questioned them. I found evidence that they don't like to promote because it shows that the buildings didn't fall as easily as they claim.

It's like a spy novel that they never really finish, and they believe that they're involved in the story itself.

altho some of the zeitgeist religious parts have been very loose on the facts i still agree in its feneral point of christianity being a big scam to keep people obidient and it has existed before long before the bible, it has astrological basis in it and folktale parts that were circulating at the time weaved into it and is generaly a load of bronze age crap. the rest of the zeitgeist that dabs in 9.11 and big banking is a bit less believable but certainly thaught provoking.

@gleehmee that what you just said is just lack or research, look, i dont want to get involved in a silly debate, whatch this: watch?v=lw-jzCfa4eQ
after you can believe what you want, critical thinking is more than just dismissing claims because they sound "wacky" at the time, has to do with doing the research first and then judging if weather or not the claim has some credit.
be critical.
rosmer00 2 months ago
@rosmer00 you didn't even address what I said you arrogant nut! Your reply makes no sense in context.

rosmer00 2 months ago
@rosmer00 what do fossils have to do with 9/11 what so ever?
What propaganda do I have?
Also, answer my initial comment properly before we continue this.
Also, it wasn't name calling it was a description.
Arrogant: you're telling a bunch of people they are wrong and you are right, with very little evidence on your side.
Nut: You failed to answer a direct and simple question and then acted as though this was perfectly sensible, thus showing mental imbalance.
gleehmee 2 months ago
@gleehmee with "fossils" i meant empirical evidence, it was an analogy, im arrogant? no, i was wrong and then after someone pointed me were and what to look for, i understood, and i wasn't wrong no more, the "very little evidence" is what creationist say about evolution, the EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE is there for you to evaluate, IF you have the time to do so.., your initial comparison its a joke, villages (mostly wood) VS
massive reinforced steel & concrete mufti billion high rise buildings.
rosmer00 2 months ago
@rosmer00 so I was right in my initial question. You missed out information, making your comment incorrect.
I was not comparing to two, I made a statement of fact: whole villages can be leveled by fire (even in the modern day, the wood comment is an assumption) very quickly, your statement as it stood was wrong, it was only due to you failing to priovide complete information that you found the comment to be a "joke".
Sorry if you find it insulting, but you are being arrogant on this.
gleehmee 2 months ago
@gleehmee what you just did was deviating from the main issue, in which my initial comment had context: 9/11, i was clearly referring to massive reinforced structures, and i suspect you can see clearly you created a nice strawman, i sayd : A is true, you sayd: B is false , then proved B was false and declared victory, what ever. you have no interest in finding out the truth, seems you only want to be right, maybe you are too emotional about this issue. and im sorry for that.
rosmer00 2 months ago
@rosmer00 wow, you're reading way more into this than there actually is. I made no strawmen, I asked you a question. A straight forward, point of fact question, which you since answered, all this other stuff you're coming out with is... ...out of place.
The bit about "wanting to be right" is an absurd statement to make in a discussion, should I say the same about you?
"Emotional about this issue" which issue? the 9/11 topic? I have no stake in it. Your bad arguments? Minor irritation.
gleehmee 2 months ago
@gleehmee dudde, you are a waste of time, instead of discussing how the government (that is sociopaths with power) murdered 3000 and went into 2 wars for OIL, you are more focused on a minor pathetic argument of weather i forgot to be more specific in my initial statement, (which i dint you toked it out of context), but of course its easiest for you to reject the entire thing, than actually do the damn research and look at the EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE.. am i talking with a religious nutcase or what??
rosmer00 2 months ago
@rosmer00 lol, you're on an atheist video and asking if you're arguing with a RELIGIOUS nutcase? XD methinks you're the nutcase, as I already stated.

I haven't tried making the arguments you seem to think I did.

SummerSeale 3 months ago
@SummerSeale "peer-reviewed credible scientific journal which supports any conspiracy theory about 9/11 or vaccination conspiracies.", If you're talking about mainstream scientific journal's then I'm afraid they wouldn't talk about this kind of information which could be the reason you would ask me to name a mainstream scientific journal, However research Dr. John Rengen Virapen who decided to speak out on this matter,You make yourself sound more deluded as we continue, I think you are "crazy".

Cremo.
StarJourneyer 3 months ago

SummerSeale 3 months ago
@SummerSeale Here we go again, You're calling people lunatics without researching, another sign of faith.
StarJourneyer 3 months ago
@StarJourneyer I think I'm done debating with a creationist conspiracy theorist like you. I'll accept his "evidence" once it has been reviewed and deemed absolutely solid by all the other scientists out there.
But don't hold your breath! He's been trying for decades. That is certainly enough time to prove your "world shattering" evidence to the scientific world which, as far as I can tell, has completely rejected it because it is utterly insane.
Much like you, for accepting it.
Creationist.
SummerSeale 3 months ago
@SummerSeale Michael A. Cremo is a member of the World Archeological Congress and the European Association of Archaeologists as well as an associate member of the Bhaktivedanta Institute specializing in history and philosophy of science and you have the nerve to call him a "lunatic" when he is probably triple the intellect of you because you think all "Conspiracy theory's" are false. I'm not a creationist so calling me a creationist isn't annoying me. And his claims have been reviewed.
StarJourneyer 3 months ago

The truth movement is preventing truth...
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
Most people believe in the inside job thoery of 911 because of the deductive argument that 'if the WT buildings fell at free fall speed, then they fell due to demolition.'
Many videos make it look like this is the case, but they are often edited to do so. If you only see these videos it seems convincing. If you watch more videos though you see they fell slower than freefall.
Build 7 started falling 8 seconds before most videos start.
The twin towers are also easy to explain.

@Silentsam7532 Wow were you there timing everything in person yourself? That was sarcasm if you couldn't tell.

Expression of disagreement:
1 - I don't subscribe to any beliefs. However, I do think that some conspiracy theories (in particular those in Zeitgeist) can (can) be true. Zeitgeist makes claims and present proofs. Rebuttal is needed, not just dismissal ("oh, those are conspiracy theories", and no counterproof)
2 - We all look for reaffirmation of a group. The ACA is one of them, too.
3 - 9/11 is not an "inexplicable" event. Neither is astrotheology.
I'm not a troll! Refute me, but don't ban me!

I guess that these people just enjoy being "naysayers", to appear superior to others.
benskin79 4 months ago 2
@benskin79

Frizzurd 4 months ago
You can't just act like all conspiracies are wrong, you are going on faith instead of looking at the facts there. Sound familiar? Yeah it's just like the theists! And as for the debunking...it's just as believable as the conspiracy.
brandonofthedead 4 months ago
@brandonofthedead Debunking is just as believable as the conspiracy isn't a valid statement. Something is either true or it isn't, if the conspiracy is valid then the debunking isn't believable, if the debunking is valid then the conspiracy is false. You don't get it both ways, that's an attempt at deception that does nothing more then sow the seeds the doubt which I submit to you is the only "evidence" most conspiracy theorists have.
Bromopar 3 months ago
@Bromopar I agree that something is either true or false, but that does not make my statement invalid. Just because something is valid doesn't mean that the false statement isn't believable. That makes no sense. That's like saying Santa is real...I truly believed that at one time.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead Oh okay I think I understand where you're going. People believe things DESPITE whether they are true or false, correct?
Bromopar 3 months ago
@Bromopar indeed
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead Errr we can act like all things that we don't have any evidence for are wrong - we don't have any evidence for the uncountable number of ridiculous conspiracy theories, so we treat them all as wrong. Tell me, without evidence how do you discriminate between the conspiracy theories you regard as correct and those you regard as crackpot? Or do you just accept every single conspiracy theory you hear?
hmspinaforethisisspa 3 months ago
@hmspinaforethisisspa I'm not sure what angle your going with here. Are you saying you are for or apposed to saying all conspiracy theories are false? By the way no I do not believe in every one I hear, I look at the evidence, and in some cases facts, and I go from there. Weigh both sides and come to an informative decision.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead They're not "going on faith," the exact opposite, they're exercising rational skepticism. The burden of proof is on the conspiracy theorists. Until they meet that burden, rational people can only reject those "theories."
tph2010 3 months ago
@tph2010 There is proof for many conspiracies. Just like typical dumb lazy ignorant Americans, they just don't WANT to believe. I hope you're cumpfy under that rock when the NWO rains their terror over your unprepared families.

@brandonofthedead Most conspiracy theories are bullshit. If a conspiracy is true and expossed it is called a scadel, or corruption.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 You're a gullible dumb son of a bitch if you actually believe everything your govt wants you to. So you don't believe in not one conspiracy? EVER? Wow, you probably don't even know who Ron Paul is either do you? You're an idiot, stop talking your nonsense to me.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead I am the last person to believe everything my government tells me. I am also not going to believe any jack ass I meet either. I only believe science.
Of course I know who Ron Paul is. He is the guy who thinks the Republican party still ahs anything to do with its roots. He is one of the last honest politicians.
Its not that I don't believe in conspiracies. I just only believe ones that seem likely and are not disproven. Even then I don't act as if I know.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 There are plenty of conspiracies that are more than likely, but have been "dis-proven" . Plenty of those "dis-proven" conspiracies have been backed up by science mind you. What about 9/11? Do you also believe that a building would fall down on it's own. Like it's trying to be like all of the buildings. Or that a plane would crash into a sound structure built to withstand a hit like that would free fall downward on it's own? Also when did I "act as if I knew" about any theory?
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead You acted like that in your response. Also when something is disproven it is done so by science, not disproven while supported by science.
I am a hpysics major and I understand where it looks strange at first. The videos that the 911 truth movement show look convincing, but when you see other videos that are not cut and editted you see things are not as unatural as they first looked.
One conspiracy that makes sense is the creation of the fed to screw America.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 First off I've seen the debunking videos as well and I'm convinced otherwise. Also I never acted as if I knew one way or another about any conspiracies, in fact I don't believe I even mentioned any one in particular. Oh and your dis-proven by science mumbo jumbo is ridiculous to say the least. There are plenty that are thrown out regardless of the factual and scientific evidence.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead There is more than just the debunking videos. There are answers and explanations for most of the questions raised about 911. Also when they try and claim that the plane that hit the field was faked they really shot themselves in the foot.
There is footage of that plane going down just as the official story says. The story says that because of the eye witnesses.
Sorry, but I don't think you should talk about scientific claims. You dont seem to understand science or its process.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 First of all you kind of brought up the debunking videos not me. You can believe that there are answers to disprove 9-11 if you'd like. As far as me not understanding science and it's process, ok I don't really know where you came to that conclusion. Over the past few days of having this conversation with you, I'm starting to realize you just like to hear yourself talk. You refuse any facts that you don't believe to be true. Enjoy going through life with your fingers in your ears.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead I know I brought them up, I was just saying there was more than the debunking videos.I only said you don't understand science because you seemed to reject the idea that science is about disproving, not proving.
Its funny that you say I refuse facts, and yet you have done nothing but assert that there are scientific facts without actually saying what they are. Could you give me any facts about 911 that supports the idea that it was an inside job, or that there were explosives?
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 How about the fact that those buildings were built to withstand specifically plane crashes. How about the fact that it was just recently before 9-11 under new ownership, and just about a month or so before the crashes they had some new emergency drill and evacuated everyone for some hours. I could go on for days.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead Ya, they were built to take a 737. Im not going to squable over the different size because its not that much of an issue. It seems that the design failed when tested though.
The new ownership is not evidence for anything. Neither is his trying to claim it as two seperate acts. People him get rich by screwing the system.
It would take much more than a few hours during a drill to get the suspected thermite painted onto all those core beams. More than Jebb Bush could get them.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 Well I'm obviously going to keep running into this stubborn brick wall with you. I'm glad you have so much faith in your govt. They do say that ignorance is bliss. I'm going to go join my local militia, and prepare myself and my family. For your sake I hope your death is quick. When the military takes over, just lunge at them, and they'll probably put you out of your misery.
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead Brick wall? oh you mean reason and critical thinking.
You keep thionking I trust the government. You don't have the slightest clue do you? I don't trust the government at all. I just don't think they are super geniouses and are capable of pulling off the kind of stuff you think they can do.
I doubt you are very politically aware or know what is going on in the world around you. You probably think everything revolves around America. Go have fun hiding from your shadow.
Silentsam7532 3 months ago
@Silentsam7532 No I meant brick wall. If you don't think they are not only capable, but doing these things than you are only proving me right. I am obviously more politically aware than yourself. No I definitely don't think everything revolves around America, you obviously have no argument so now you're criticizing me for things I didn't say. Your insult makes no sense.Wouldn't it be more like I'm hiding from some alternate universe shadow that doesn't exist? That makes more sense in this context
brandonofthedead 3 months ago
@brandonofthedead You have put up very little. You just seem to like saying things are obvious and proven without much understanding how the concept of proving something works.
I have heard of, and once believed all the 911 evidence. As I found more and more holes in the story of the truth moement though the more I questioned them. I found evidence that they don't like to promote because it shows that the buildings didn't fall as easily as they claim.
