did you use salt for the sand. I am currently working on plans for a beach scene, but am trying to think of things to use as sand, that wont move about too much?
I think I used sand actually, although that did move around quite a bit. I'm not sure what you could use if you want it to stay still. Salt could work, although if you wet the sand it would stay quite still :o)

Oh right. I might try mixing the sand with pva, then sticking it to yellow card. Will ait and see how it goes ?
