  • dp is all the time for me past 5 or 6 years. got worse after i saw my grams dead body. never saw death b4 that.

  • are people with this constantly like rhis?

this disorder scares the living day lights out of me for some reason( i dont have it).

who ever has this i hope you get better, i feel for you!

  • for me, its as if i open my eyes, and i dont see what the point in living is, i mean, it makes me realise that there is a reason why im where i am in this universe, a point in what im doing......mostly it happens when i smoke weed/hash but its like de-javu, i've seen everything before..in a PAST life or something....a constant video playing where when someone says something like ''you ok man?'' but it would keep repeating it every ten seconds, seconds seem like hours, it feels like adream, scary

  • when i get the derealization experience my body goes absolutely lax, like overcooked spaghetti. does this happen to anyone else?

  • yes i have this from smoking weed and nothing makes it go away .........iv been on a bunch of meds to fix it................NOTHING WORKS =(

  • I feel a little better now that I know I'm not the only one with this shit

  • i wonder do rich people have a better way of dealing with anxiety and panic? do rich people go to holistic doctors and get better results or what ?

  • I experienced derealization twice from a cannabis trip. The first time it completely overwhelmed me. I was scared out of my mind. The fear was irrational but yet i had trouble controlling it. Things around me felt odd and surreal, even though i was in my own room. I couldn't understand what was happening and that scared me in itself. My assurance on what reality truly is has changed dramatically. The trip still haunts me to this day!

  • derealization is nothing like this. in some scenarios it's a benefit to have. in most, it's a complete pain and ruins your life.

  • dam i have derealization my attack is just wearing off thats why i looked up this video lol but shit after seing that iam suprised it hasnt happened again lol

  • I tryed fighting it but it just did not wear off. I learned some information that may wear it off. try and fight it with your eyez cloased and see what you can learn from it

    peace

  • the guy who made this video is 100% not sick or knows somone whos sick or has a fucking clue whats Derealization

  • @radzabojzoda

The guy who is in this video is my friend. He had/has some problems with derealization. We decided to make a short film about that.....

  • @KlanazC2 yeah but this video doesnt even look a bit like derealization its more like epilepsy

  • Really nice video.

  • First time I saw this video, I could'nt watch it all the way through.

  • @dachewth I have this condition. And I came to that philosophical realization long ago.

  • that movie has nothing to do with anything!

  • @markd514

boy u have nothing to do with this movie too

  • i used to have many episodes of derealization when i went to school, but i think for me it was from a lack of sleep. i stayed up long at nights and i think my mind or my conscience was just trying to go to sleep but i was trying to keep awake and i would feel a small adrenaline rush as my mind dissassociated and i felt like the place i was in was a dream or movie or just a thin sheet over real life i was living and seeing. they went away after a few seconds but persisted on a day to day basis.

  • @TlGBC Yeah it's been happening to me since I was 13.I sort of learned to supress them but it'll always come back later.A few days or months. It's unpredictable. This may sound kinda cheesy but it's like the movie, The Matrix. You feel like the world is an illusion and you're the only one who knows. You get that super adrenaline rush, your mind feels like it's falling out of synch with this reality, and you can't focus.Try explaining that shit to someone. How do you explain something like this?

  • great video!! well done

  • someone please send me a message back.. does this happen to everyone like if u smoked only one joint aday...... like as seen in the pineapple express movie is that possible smoke whenever you want and not have any of those feelings like just feel good are there that kind of person??????

  • @1996adamlagrave don't smoke anymore it can make it worse. I smoked once and I feel like I am dreaming . I been like this for 16 years

  • i think i have this thing that it seems like everything your looking at is not existing, it seems like the world is disappearing and it is not existing. What the hell is happening??

  • i have sometimes that "marijuana feeling" but it often lasts only a few minutes, even seconds up to 2 hours, can that be derealization? also a lot of friends say they exactly know what i mean so i doubt that everyone could have derealization :)

  • im wondering, are there any medicins that can reduce the feeling and stuff?

  • being deralized just feels like your high all the time. If you ever tried marijuana it feels like that but doesn't go away.

  • exactly

  • awesome video....this thing called dr/dp is like a chinese finger trap, the more you try to pull away and struggle out of it , the tighter it becomes...but embracing it and giving into it sets you free.

  • wow, thats a good way to put it

  • so what is this then ????

I suffered from this while on effexor for 2 years.

I didn't pickup a knife but I did hit someone.....and then wondered if it was real or a dream.....

I found out a few seconds later that it was reality

  • nice choice of music seeing how in SILENT HILL you are placed in an environment where a dense fog keeps you from seeing what's directly ahead of you..

  • aye whats the first song called? that starts at 25!

cause to be honest music like this keeps my mind of dp/dr

  • Not sure what the song is, but i think it's from one of the silent hill soundtracks

  • Lol!! I have derealisation for 5 years ive been through it all. But vids like this are soooo gloomy and depressing and scary, i know the director is trying to give people an insight but come on isnt there any happier vids out there. The biggest problem with DR is the worry cycle, the more you worry the worse you get and more focus you direct to you symptoms!! I think everyone with DR and DP lets not forget the other half of our family should all have a MASSIVE party!!

  • this is notderealization

  • derealisation is really not like shown in this video! completely fucked up!

  • @luticia Yes, but most people find it hard to describe, let alone put it into a video.

  • I suffer from it too...

Sometimes, it's like a thick fog, I can't realize that I'm real, if that makes sense.

  • @heartsspades28 yeah me to I even wonder if this world is real or it's just the matrix

  • You captured exactly the feeling that I feel quite a lot of the time. Five stars.

  • kinda weird i prefer watching ur basketball video man;)
