Yes, this game is Ragnarok Battle OFFLINE. It was originally supposed to go online, but because of issues they ahd to reduce it to offline play only. It's only available for sale on auction sites and in the original countries (Japan and I think Malaysia), but at ragnarokbattle(dot)com, an English fansite forum, you can download it and get any questions answered. This is actually a trailer movie stolen from French Bread's website.

well Ragnarok rescued me from Runescape, so i thank it a thousand times over, evan after 4 or 5 years past, i still look back and think is an awesome game. and i guess the statement about mmo's sucking isnt really accurate, since there is millions who play world of warcraft and a growing population of phantasy star universe
