  • amen to that. i quit lifting like that this year to help keep flexibility in my arm and now i mostly do long distance running, a little heavier on the lower body and core (abs, back, legs). i think it will make much more of a difference.

  • this is exactly why I switched to resistance cords they increase velocity like crazy.. i was doing workouts with them twice a day for 3 weeks now im just doing 1 workout a day and I take off a day a week went from 77 to 90mph in 6 weeks
