Yeah I live just outside Oldham and remember everyone in our town had heard of the inspirals. Used to see them shopping in Eastern Bloc in town or at gigs/raves in Manchester. It was weird to see such famous people doing exactly the same things you were doing. My brother is still mates with Clint. Top lads, no airs and graces, and what a fuckin stonkin tune -best tho is Saturn 5

I saw both ands in Newport Center on different occassions. The Smiths were great until Morrisey was pulled from the stage. I was one of the crowd holding him when this happend. The Inspirals were just something else. Saw them a few times. All in all two brilliant bands.
