  • robo pong cost $ 800 with all the ball & my racket together=$ 300....i rent for some nice indoor place with 4 tabble can fit plus electricity pay for $ 750 monthly...that fine cause i just hit the lottery cash five..$ 70 thousand.

  • So, your robot got problems and Newgy did not fix it, right?

  • update for anyone interested. I sent this into Newgy for repair and they fixed it and shipped it back to me for a very reasonable price, they were also very helpful over the phone. Thanks Newgy! To anyone considering one of these units, I'd have to say I recommend the company.

  • are those the balls that came with the robot? because my friends said you have to use the newgy balls to avoid jams. I have use 2040 before in our club with no problem. i currently have the new 2050 model without a problem using the newgy balls that comes with it. sometimes my son put other brands(but 40mm) with no problems.

i know what you felt man but ask for a replacement. we have use 2040 before without a problem at all.

  • Oh! That's too bad! That's why I've myself made my robot. See it in my page

  • @ZeDuBreju no, what I'm saying is Newgy fixed it good, fast and cheap. I've very happy with them.
