@minigunrandomness911 absolutely not, 25 gallons works out at roughly 100 litres, so assuming that your tank is say 30 inches long? Well, a fully grown MBU puffer will grow to over 24 inches, you'd need something close to 1000L for a guy like this.

@piepog clownloach? thats a blue acara. ive seen some people keep puffers with malawis but with any puffers or cichlids there all individuals so it really is trial and error whether they get on or not.

wow! my friend has one in a 360 gallon and hes just been fine for 2 years now and he normally stays at the right side and rests at the bottom buts thats normal for them. they can also live with bettas but they can fight
