  • OMG i remember When the guy with Sunshine visited my library it was my favorite thing

  • FUCK THOSE HYPOCRITES POLITICIANS WITH A VENOM!

  • I have few pythons and boas that are vary tame and have never posed a threat to anyone. There are so many snakes in the u.s that are tame as well and make great pets and are good for educating kids. Why does the ban have to effect the whole u.s just cuz of florda everglades problem? The banned doesnt help pets from getting released into the wild. Its strage how its just pythons and boas and not alagators or large lizards. Join usark.com and ball- python.net andhelp fight this baned.thx for reading.

  • I hate the lacey act... i mean really cats are meaner then snakes and their is nothing against them,

  • @artist4evr1 Exactly. Or German Shepherds, for instance. I mean, a Boa Constrictor wiill do a lot less harm than a German Shepherd.

  • now they banned burmese

  • if they pass it it would make me cry

  • they are not injurious, HUMANS ARE INJURIOUS.

  • thank god i live in dubai

  • Land of the free and home of the brave my ass. I am gonna go to Australia

  • please dont take away these animals the'r amasing

  • this video made me sad

  • i ment snakes

  • Im going with the same thing painter4769 just seid.I mean seriously smakes are asome creachers.oh and by the way.I opened a facebook acount.

  • Here goes the government Again telling us what we can and can't do! I thought they were suppose to work for us wtf happened to that? If these assholes pass s373 I got something for them I've been serving since 2006 in the army to protect are freedom like my grand parents before me it disgust me when someone in a suite thinks they can just take our rights away.

  • what the !@#$

  • snakes eats stupid politicians 2012

  • Love your video.

  • And you are allowed to bring crocodiles state to state.p.s.i am canadian

  • this is bull shit those peapole who made this law or whatever it is they should be shot in the head

  • fuck s373 ban that stupid crap i love my reptiles and i dont want them to go away neither do u lets all try to stop this stupid fing law!

  • All the politicians want is power, if you don't believe me, go vote for s-373.The politicians are scared of snakes. I have a snake, and if I try moving to NY, I'm gonna serve jail time for owning some snake that the politicians think are slimy and will bite the first person it sees? Lol, the politicians stupidity amazes me.

  • in fl i couple just got 12 years for there snake killing there kid in fl its a big problem cuz they can live here your supost to get ur bigger snakes micro chiped but ppl get around it i dont like the law but some ppl just shouldnt have a snake ppl let them go and they kill the wildlife ppls dogs and cats hurt children so in away its good i dont agree own it at all but this is what happens when stupid ppl f... things up for us

  • I'm glad you guys did a video on this. That law is such BS! And it really pisses me off! ( If you couldn't tell)

  • thank god im swedish and i dont have to worry about this for now.

  • SAVE THE REPTILES !!!!!

  • It's somewhat like bill s.978, both are intended for a small amount of things yet they will affect too much and would cause problems, bill s373 is to try and help the snake problems in florida while bill s.978 is to try and help illegal streaming of movies. Both would lead to felonies and jail time. Both affect too much outside of what it's intended, in s.373 it's the whole country and in bill s.978 its the whole internet.

Both are good examples of the government trying to fix things with no info

  • I don't own a boa, I have a pieball bald python and a couple of rat snakes king snakes and corn snakes... But really? I hope the government chokes on one of them boas.. That's like banning tacos from the united states.. Screw them.

  • I don't really like most of the snakes in the list but I do love boa constrictors. They're gentle giants. They're like the Great Danes of the snake world.

  • @Mrtruimphchopper Yer ol' lady is a wonderful and interesting creature. When I pulled out my FAT one, her goddamn snatch FARTED!!!! It smelled like your rank breath,so I figured you like to keep it in the family. No thanks.

  • Hey,politicians dont know what their doing, what they are doing is taking away your jobs as snake breeders and if they do ban them then some people wouldnt be happy and wont have a job. =(

  • wow i never thought you looked like that as a teen

  • when he has the tip of florida highlitghted it looks like a hognose :)

  • My name is Ray and I document rattlesnake roundups in Oklahoma. In a video that I shot in Okeene OK they admitted ON CAMERA (and oh yeah we have the video) that they IMPORTED RATTLESNAKES from TEXAS and then I acted like a complete dummy and asked if I could go into the Den of Death and they LET ME PIN A CROTALUS ATROX and HANDLE HIM. Screw S373. Great video Bryan!

  • Seriously like why the heck should politicians in DC give two craps about reptiles? Worry about other stuff such as the economic depression or gas prices or muslims attacking our homeland, not banning snakes. No wonder why other countries hate Americans!

  • That photo of you holding that baby boa constrictor reminds me of cavajason.

  • If any law like that passed i would get a valcun cannon and do some messed up shit

  • Its funny because my fremd just got a bermise and he now has to move to nc from sc :(

  • i cant every remember a time in my life when i didnt love reptiles.

  • Rather a shame this bill was not passed, snake owners really are sick people, Ultimategrid in some of his comments on another vid cemented this notion for me. Would be so happy if the bill was passed.

  • Why euthanize? Why not give them away to somebody else in the same state and not moving away?

  • Sunshine is Brian's snake whom he takes for walks, to the beach and play fetch with.

  • That law would be no good anyways. What does it matter if you cross state lines with a boa, or burm python; at least one person in every state owns a big snake, so what would be the point of that law.

  • where do u guys work i want to work for u i love snake soo much

  • it is sad to se it relly is .but it don't wury me . im sweden so .. no laws there .. i hopp for you all gys it will stop ... but will thay take your nskaes to ?? .. if that hapend in sweden im getting pisst .. hev 1 2 meter boa constrictor . end 1 Yellow anaconda !

  • was this bill passed? I HOPE NOTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • my god, if it wasn't for USARK, i would have probably ended up storming the white house with an AK screaming random things about what i'm going to do with 'ma babies'...... just joking, please don't kill me CIA.

  • well duh cause it wont be able to find food for itself cause its used to the food going to it

  • If a snake in captivity escapes into the wild it will probably not last a week.

  • this is so sad i mean snakes are really amazing animals and i dont see why they are going to ban them if i kep big snakes like that and i was leaving tje country i would either sell or just give away my snakes so that they wouldnt have to be put down or put to sleep or whatever but i live in canada and i only have one ball python and i dont think the s373 is gonna happen in canada i dont think because all u showed was the us and i dont think ball python was on the list either but still so sad

  • When I asw the title I thought that Brian gonna say this from now on : Hey Brian here from SNAKEbytes, today we gonna show you these WORMS ,you're watching SNAKEBYTES !!

  • quick question, how many snakes do you get per year? Roughly? I mean, like how many you get from breeding, etc.

  • Thank god for USARK, they primarily kept thisbill from being passed' I keep 5 of the 8 animals that were going to be banned. Are you kidn me, what the heck could a boa do, they are not invasive or dangerous in any way.

  • @Royalpythonguy true i'm doing breed ball python and who know what the goverment going to do next they might try to banned ball pythons

  • @TheYummyPokemon

Just because you live in Florida, that doesn't mean you have to hate snakes. Trust me, if you weren't so primitive, and you didn't live in the jungle, you probably wouldn't see so many snakes. If you weren't one of those crazy ass snake haters, you wouldn't be so annoyed. Sorry for my profanity, but I haven't even had a snake yet, I am getting one for Christmas. How would you like to get nothing on Christmas, how would you like to be banned from moving anywhere? think about it

  • @marlinmemo123 i kind of see were your going but the stupid part is that u said all this and you dont have that much experience with snake's

  • omg no more snakes that sucks

  • People should be able to get to know snake before thee bring out these ridiculous laws!!!!!

  • yeah guys alot of us wanna know what happened with this like i researched a shitload of stuff and i cant find anything telling me if they passed it or not. anyone know? thanks. :]

  • @ItsExcessive it doesn't look like it did, according to astronomyguru1.

  • @AstronomyGuru1 no,but dont be surprised if in the future=(

  • did it get passed if it did then the politicians that passed it should be eaten by a retic

  • @AstronomyGuru1 me to hahaha there awesome aren't they ??? what a shame if they got band :(

  • It's a stupid law.... I understand what happend to the little girl but it's an isolated case!!!!!! It's almost the same thing the they did to the pitbull breed in some states they blame the breed instead of the owners..... I think what it comes down to it is the they want more money out of u so they r trying to find any little excuse to fine u and get more money from u!

  • woww bro and im gonna breed ball pythons here in miami

  • What happened with this bill? I've tried to research it, but most of the articles that I've checked out are over a year old.

  • @toaturner1988 um, this video is a year old

  • @pokemonfan845 Yeah, I know. I just haven't heard anything about this for a while. Obviously the bill hasn't been passed yet, but I wasn't sure if they were still trying to get the bill passed, or if has been voted down or what has happened with it. I have never had to get snakes from out of state, so wasn't sure.

  • It always shocks and disgusts me how judgmental people can be. Supporting a ban just because you don't happen to like that animal? Snakes are somehow evil because they eat other animals? So does every other carnivore/omnivore in the world. Dogs and cats eat meat and if given the chance many of them would eat cute little mice and rabbits too. Should we support bans on them as pets as well? Just because you don't agree with someone's choice of pet is no reason to support a ban that makes no sense.

  • I SUPPORT THIS BAN! disgusting snakes slithering around your house, can you imagine! and killing all native wildlife like mice and rabbits and cats....you people disgust me

  • @TheYummyPokemon did you hear what he fucking said that they dont damage the ecosystem if i let a snake free it would die in less than a week snakes are not the problem the problem is the snake OWNERS

  • @daedman363 you fucking snake owners are such LIARS

there are hundreds of giant nasty snakes in florida living, BREEDING and damaging our ecosystem! fucking bastards

  • @TheYummyPokemon FUCK off

  • @TheYummyPokemon dumb ass he said in this fing vid "its true that in florda they do have truble with pythons" just couse u have a problem dosnt maen every1 ealse dose. so do use a favore and go sit on a railroad for a cuple hours

  • How did it end up is it over or is still going on because I want to help in the future I'm getting a red tail boa and its just the worst thing to band them what have they done its like taking away one of the things you love most. These people are crazy to think they are doing any harm!!!!!!

  • Yeah, I live in florida. All of those animals are already banned here. :/

  • @CatMaster87932 I'm so sorry for you I live in georgia will that happen to us.

  • yeah is this still going on, or did i miss the chance to help out? i only have one snake right now but honestly it would really make me dissappointed to have to get rid of him; i live in CA so im already sick of all the firearm laws that have passed, and this one would prolly push me over the top lol

  • i would think a better idea than banning them is make it so you need a licence to buy pythons. and make it so these licenses can only be gotten if some like brian who knows snakes teaches them everything they need to know. that way you know what your getting in to and you SEE how big they get so your less likely to abandon them later. banning them sounds stupid and unnecessary.

  • is this sill going on what the update on this i love my reptiles and i hate how ppl think there so evil

  • I will defend my bearded dragon to the death. No one will be able to take her from me.

  • There is no educating the folks at Animal Planet. It's all about shock factor and ratings. Let this be a lesson to us all. Don't let your neighbors know about your collection or you may be next.

  • People need to just back off seriously I love my burms they are my Children

  • How did this end up since this video was posted 8 months ago?

  • HAHAHHA nice long hair

  • Do a quick google search on the Hunte corp. then do a search on PIJAC +Hunte. This is nothing but a lobby group for pet stores and mass breeding organizations like the HUNTE Corp

  • yeah Id rather let my pet go then put it 2 sleep though

  • i think this is ridiculous !!!!! i think only those who cant care for a snake should not own one.. But as for us snake ppl who love our pet snakes and care for them responsibly should not be jeopardize to owning them!!

  • Rainbow boas are included right?

  • @CBU2221990 no they will not be included. they are talkin about "red tail boas" genus: Boa species: Constrictor. the rainbow boas are genus: Epicrates Species:cenchria

  • Snakes should never be allowed as pets. But thats no justification for saying to kill them.

  • @500husky why though a dog is allowed as a pet my yorkshire terrier will hurt you alot more than my python lol i sorta do see were your coming from because they are never 100 percent domesticated but what animal is?

  • good luck!

  • If I put my boa in the car and drive across a state line, who the hell is gonna know? This is complete idiocy. They seem to be thinking,

"Hey let's make a law that will make many people end up releasing their large boas/pythons into the Everglades so that people will stop releasing their large boas/pythons into the Everglades!"

    WTF.

  • id be all about a dog ban (no one needs an inbred pitbull that they are just gonna fight with and shock to death if it dosent win anyways)

  • i live in the philippines and there are a lot of snake owners here. i would sure want to help the cause if i can. most people hate these beautiful creatures just because of what the movies which made them look like horrible monsters. but snakes are really a beauty to be admired. stupid and uneducated people are the only ones who would say snakes are killing machines etc. they are NOT. dogs bite when they feel threatened, so does any other animal so why are snakes exceptions?

  • Is this still going on? Please tell, as I would like to help out if there is still time.

  • okay, so ban dogs too because they are more dangerous than these animals.

  • Comment removed

  • what the hell im from canada and i am sure this will effect me what can i do to help?

  • @killerline012 im from canada b.c. and i can't have burmese python. =(

but i have have a ball python, wish i can have a Burmese tho.

  • @ALittleOfEveryThingz

hee hee I live in B.C as well, but I still keep em anyway. I'd like to see someone try to take my reps away from me.

  • @Ultimategrid im from bc and i have 2 retics just get them as babies and drive them over the border

  • @TheCanadianBalls

    Nice plan

  • @TheCanadianBalls

Nice plan I smuggled my 5 ft baby retic in my pants, I can't believe it worked.

  • i think thats bull shit man times like this im thankful i live in canada

  • ok i live in mississippi i have snakes in my back yard 10 times more dangerous than my burmese porthose i live long side cotton mouths copper heads and diamond backs and i am sorry but horses r more dangerous than my porthose so who i need to call bout this crap

  • why does the governmet make everything fun illigal.... weed.... underage drinking.... hookers.... now snakes? come onnn

  • nobody will make me get rid of my snake snakes r no harm you should hold them properly to where they get used to you KEEP THE SNAKES

  • @CordeBBH Right, jus like guns. They cant have my snakes and they cant have my guns

  • will ball pythons be banned also?

  • @lawrencet88 Not in this bill, but they will be as a result of it passing, as will ALL reptiles and amphibians.

  • I looked on the website and it seems that one of the Florida senator sponsors this bill. Hmm..... anyways the bill has been put aside on the schedule and probably been forgotten. Plus, the cold season killed the poor pythons that were let go. I'm very upset that these politicians were voted in because of undecided votes and needed to be removed from office so something like this won't happen again.

  • @ TombstoneAnnieoakley You do realise that alligators are far more dangerous and if you are at risk of them carry whisky in a sprayer and spray the bastards in the mouth, and kill them all please the quicker you do the less likely this ban will pass, I think you should need a license to keep non-native snakes over 6+ ft they are the only size that is dangerous! The rest make fabolous pets he'll even big ones

  • He shows the top 9 lists & I didn't see ball pythons are they included in the ban :(

  • @CBU2221990 :

No, ball pythons are not included. :)

  • I can see why Boa's and Burmese pythons shouldnt be on the list. However, Im not sure if an anaconda should be anyones pet unless you are an educator or zookeeper. And I also see why it shouldn't apply to more states than Florida. But there is a problem in the everglades. This bill is not a good answer to this problem.

  • 2:42 thats kate from snakebytes (bottom left hand corner) cool!!

  • Love snakes, huh? Why anyone would want one of these relentless eating machines in their home is beyond comprehention. A snake may enter my home, but I swear to God Almighty, it WILL leave dead!!! Humans and snakes are a queer combination, to say the least. These anomolies kill 30-40,000 people a year. Included are infants and small children. There is NO excuse for this carnage. They eat the insectovores which control the spread of disease to humans. Get aquanted with what they REALLY ARE!!

  • @Mrtriumphchopper 30-40,000 people per year? I would like to know where you found that number and no, your ass doesnt count as a source.

if snakes were all wiped out things like mice and rats would greatly increase and i mean come on what disease could they spread (other than the bubonic plague)

you're an idiot do the gene pool a favor and kill youself

  • @Mrtriumphchopper What? yea I wanna know were you got that number and "Eating Machines"? most pet snakes get feed once or twice a WEEK hell humans eat more then snake do and the death toll by us are extremely higher then snakes and asking why some one would want a pet snake is about as pointless as asking why a person would want a dog, cat, fish, or a bird as a pet it's only because it appeals to them.

  • @Mrtriumphchopper You're completely off buddy. 8 people have died as a result of large constrictors (pythons) in the last DECADE. That is less than point .44 people a year! You're a complete idiot, if you want REAL SOURCES, PM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @heretic98 As I stated repeatedly the source I quoted was the Encyclopaedia Britannica. Their figure is from the World Health Orginization and includes ALL deaths worldwide in one year. I stand by the figure of 30,000 human deaths inflicted by snakes. Snakes are a bizarre choice of "pet" as they don't have the mental ability to bond with their owners. Practically EVERY living creature has a built-in fear of the scaly serpent. That is their from curse to be reviled and avoided.

  • @Mrtriumphchopper Errrata: The last sentence should read "That is their curse from nature to be reviled and loathed on sight. Snakes in early evolution had at least two legs, the buds of which are still visible in a few individuals, so now and forever they are to be known as lowly, unworthy belly-crawlers, foe to man and beast".

  • @Mrtriumphchopper Snake owners in America stand a 1 in 69 million chance of being killed by their large constrictors. A Boa Constrictor has NEVER killed a human. In the last 10 years a total of 8 people have been killed by captive snakes. That is point .44 people a year compared to dogs which is 34 people a year, compared to murders which are about 16,000 a year. Snakes aren't harming anyone or the environment. You're biased and have no respect or understanding of us so STFU.

  • @heretic98 They aren't harming the environment? You HAVE heard of the Everglades? When they decimate the native fauna they wiil have no choice except to invade populated areas, and, as a matter of fact, they already have! Explain the sudden loss of pets in south Florida. I'd be very cautious about letting children and pets spend time out of doors. Snakes exist to only eat, and have no other abstract thoughts. Why in fucking hell would I want something like this in my home? It's grotesque!!

  • @Mrtriumphchopper Wait, the same everglades where 90% of the snakes died last winter? That "everglades"? Have you been to the everglades, or seen any coverage not hyped by the media? The snakes are dead their, impossible to find, again you fail. NO ONE SAID YOU WANT ONE IN YOUR HOME, we do obviously, we enjoy and love are snakes like a fat kid loves cake and like how you love lieing about stuff. NUFF SAID.

  • @heretic98 I suspect there are mental and emotional instability issues in your family. Besides, it's only democratic that if you can't have snakes in Florida, then NO-ONE should be able to own them, agreed? You lie only to yourself with your feeble, useless attempts to lie to me about proven facts. Do yourself a big favor and grow the fuck up and stop being an asshole all your life!!

  • @Mrtriumphchopper I'm an asshole? How is it democratic that if you can't have them in Florida because of a Floridan specific incident, you can't have them anywhere else either? Are country isn't run like that, at all. I've not lied once, sorry if I came of as an asshole, but I wasn't the one claiming 30,000 -40,000 people die are year because of snakes (Mr. Ambiguous). Those numbers have nothing to do with pet constrictors in the U.S. being that only 8 have died in the last 10 years! End of disc

  • Hey bud you're the only one being an asshole. If you don't want a snake in your home than fine don't have one. No one is telling you that you should. However, there are people who like them and are interested in them just like people are interested in horses, dogs, goats, birds, insects, or even spiders.

  • Comment removed

  • @Mrtriumphchopper Snakes do not bond with their owners? Neither do fish, or mice, or rabbits, or hamsters, or turtles, or lizards. Parrots do, dogs do, cats do, I can't own any of them as I'm allergic. My Boa is as docile as a puppy. He's not an eating machine, he eats once every two weeks...

  • I live in Australia, so i don't know did that stupid bill pass?????

  • @TombstoneAnnieOakly IQ isn't measured in percentages, but points. Pot. Kettle. Black.

  • Thanks Brian,

I just posted the link to my FaceBook account. Thank you for carrying the word!

    God Bless you!

    Phil and Deb

    NOVSEV

  • You know what Brian...You're right! Fight the powers!!!

  • Its sad that even in modern times many people are still so uneducated about snakes. Its not even one group either. I have browsed forums catering to atheists, religious folk, democrats and republicans, and whenever an article about the python problem is posted, the majority of posters respond negatively towards snakes/snake-keeping. Same with stories about large breed dogs. I'm guessing those will be banned next.

  • It looks like they pushed back the hearing to the friday after the mid term election Nov 5, 2010 I wonder if there was a reason for that. I found the House bill name H.R. 2811.

  • I have a question...

Does anybody know of a recent (withing 50 years) scholarly journal that involves any snake bans? I am trying to write an argumentative research paper on it and I am having trouble finding the journal I need.

  • i think that this bill is BS y cant i bring my ball python to some other contry?? and i agree with Stace1319 he is right if u are going to get a snake DONT BE STUPID!! do sum reserch about the snake first just to see if that is what u want.

  • i think they should require that you have a licence and take a course to own large snakes... too many people buy these animals and don't really know what they are getting into. I own large snakes and it wouldn't bother me at all do that in order to keep them. They really are great animals to keep if you are a responsible owner.

  • @TombstoneAnnieOakly You are sthe most Uneducated individual i have ever witnessed on YouTube. Your argument pathetic and extremely exaggerated and in NO way accurate.

  • I agree whole heartedly this is bad legislation! But remember it's not just about Boa's and Pythons. Yellow and Green Anaconda's are at stake here to. Beautiful creatures that we should also have the right to keep.

  • Watch the youtube clip "Screaming Rabbit Gets Eaten By Cypher".

  • I'll bet the teenager bunny loving girls

    are responsible for this.

  • damn brian is was sexy. it sucks that people buy any kind of animal and let them into the wild

  • Not to mention the environmental impact cats and dogs have had. God forbid a bill is written stating all cats and dogs are banned from crossing state borders.

  • how much will it cost to remove humans from the everglades?

  • Just one heavy-duty pandemic.

  • and that will be a lot better for the environment than any ban on burmese pythons

  • Not if they're allowed back into the state. Allowing them in here is how the problem started in the first place.

  • pythons being released into the everglades was a tragic accident.

I want them gone from the everglades as much as anyone else.

  • 1. SOME of it was an accident, the rest was deliberate.

    2. If that were truly the case you would've found some way to get here & help clean up the mess your ilk has left us., no matter what the cost. But because extremely few did you& your ilk are now facing the consequences of your inaction & apathy.

To the extreme few (maybe 2 dozen) that did assist I hold them in very high esteem. If any one deserves to keep their pythons it's those few. Damn shame they didn't get further assistance.

  • prove that anyone deliberately dumped their python into the everglades.

I have absolutely no way of traveling a few thousand miles down to florida. I would have to give up school, friends, and family which isn't worth it to me.

I wish I could help. In fact I may be down in florida in a few years

  • 1. Prove they haven't. I've seen them there over a decade before Hurricane Andrew. Tell me how they got there. Did they fly in? 2. It all depended on what you were willing to sacrifice to save them.

    3. You're way too late. You'd be closing the barn door after the livestock's escaped, figuratively. Now, it's FL law that a person, when possible, must destroy ANY python on sight in the wilds.

    4. If you had been willing to do this several years ago it might've made some impact. Now is too late.

  • wow, I didn't know that

  • You lost! We won! Get over it! I'm still killing pythons here in Florida! Cry over it all you want. Crying over your loss of freedom? More like crying over your freedom to make money at the expense of an ecosystem!

I told all of you this would happen & it could've been prevented if any of you had gotten off your asses & removed them from the Everglades. Would've been great PR for you. But did you? No! Now you're paying the fiddler due to your own inaction! You got what you deserved!

  • so what has hurt the everglades more burmese pythons or humans building cities and destroying hundreds of square miles of the everglades?

  • Both! So while I'm out killing & skinning pythons you can remove the transplanted damnyankees & illegal immigrants. that will reduce miami's population by at least two thirds.

  • TombstoneAnnieOakly has to be a troll no one can seriously be that moronic.

  • There's a difference between being responsible and being irresponsible, jackass.

You're one of those irresponsible buttmunches who flunked school and can't spell which makes your arguement all the more retarded.

  • dude thats not fair if it passes, Look if people get new jobs, and have to move then they cant brung their snakes with them its possible they will just let them roam free.

  • first of all that video proves nothing. it doesn't say that they can survive winter farther north it just says that scientists are seeing if they can.

pythons can not "thrive" in rain snow and ice.

Burmese pythons need heat, humidity, and food to survive. florida is the only place in the United states where these bare minimums can be met for close to a whole year.

  • what is the status of the bill now?

  • do you eat meat? if you eat a hamburger a month you are responsible for more "poor defenseless" animals dying than any snake anywhere
