Dont run Hardline as a starting perk.

At 3 kills starting with Hardline you have Hardline and 2 other perk

At 3 kills having Hardline as your first unlocked perk you also have 3

Only difference is you have a useful perk for your first kill.

Hard to explain but if you think about it it makes sense.
