@DontWatchAlone two mistakes... 1) Not all rods are bugs. because there are rods in outerspace too. 2) that was not a rod..

yes, i know the "rods" phenomenon, but... . This is no rod! That`s an "Shapeshifting BIG Orb" or an unknown entity ... 100% no bug and 100% no dust in any kind! Real 100% !

I didn't mean that I thought it was a "Rod", I just thought it was cool that an authority on insects(who was asked about "Rods")explained how all flying bugs look when filmed in flight. I am going back to this spot in Sept. and Oct.. An eyewitness(who has seen the full blown apparition 3 times!)said it shows up most often at that time of the year. Thank you for you input guys!

The ghost that haunts this stretch of road holds a shovel over his shoulder.  On two of the vigils, I heard a metalic clang on the road whenever I had my back to the spot where the sound came from. I am going back very soon.

Love the detail, Nice camera. Was the camera panning to the left, or was it just pointing strait. If it was strait then there is something moving in the back ground. Any way, good catch ;)

Hey thanks! I was panning from right to left as I turned to face the cemetery. I have shot many bugs and falling leaves on video and nothing looks like this thing! I just saw an insect expert talking about the "Flying Rod" phenomena and he said that all flying insects, when videoed in motion, will show the up and down motion of their wings. This thing does not! It looks to be (judging from the size of the grave stones)almost a foot in length and changes shape in every frame.
