No Scruggs tuners, they're called Cheat-A-Key Tuners. Mine are actually enclosed cam tuners, essentially as close to what Earl was using as it gets, except for maybe Pittman Tuners. Instead of drilling holes in the peghead to mount real cam tuners, this gizmo just clamps on to the peghead. I think they're the best performing cam tuners on the market...They're 100% reliable and you don't have to worry about the set screws on the Bill Keith's tuners coming loose during a tune on stage...
I have a set of Cheat-a-Keys coming in the mail from Janet Davis, I also heard the Keiths are finnicky when it comes to fine tuning and the screws suck and dont hold tune well. The pittmans are good, but like you said, I hate the holes in the peghead if you ever want to take them out.
Is that a pre-war Gibson you are playing? Great job on the tuning!

The Cheat-A-Keys are the way to go to get that true Cam action and preserve the integrity of your peghead
