When I go to put it into windows explorer it dosent come up with 2 files and it dosent say.m4a what should I do? i don't know if was my new windows 7 or something eles because i can do in my old windows vista
@mikeyharlow : go to "my computer", then select "tools" at the top of the window (right next to "favorites" and "help") then select "folder options", then select the tab labeled "view" at the top of the window, look at all of the "advanced settings" and make sure that "hide extensions for known file types" is UNCHECKED otherwise it will just show the some names, and not the extensions "m4a" or "m4r". took me a while to figure it out.
