  • That was just awesome!!!

  • wow nice job

  • good thumb movement

  • omg! you just made a short cartoon

  • I think you should make animations like this on computer...

  • @TheGameHeaven But why not on paper? It's an artform, the "thumb cinema". Given a large enough stack, you could make a full-length movie, so why not try? (reason not to try: thumb would get tired of flipping)

  • Amazing !

  • u should meke comics

  • No pude ver la animacion porque me llamo mucho la atencion el dedo que bajaba de forma seductora xD

  • All of his videos were uploaded on July 29th, 2006.

  • you have a talent!!! like you didn't know that already! XD

  • erm guys who are asking questions i don't think this guy is gonna respond he has too

many comments each day let alone subscibers

he just doesn't have enough time to respond to all them plus he is using his time to create flip books

  • how long did u did this??

  • Cool

  • Great job!

  • FUCKING COOL!

  • how do u come up with all this stuff i wonder

  • Woah.that was nice man

  • you are amazing at this

  • Wow I don't know how he does it. I'd like to see a real animation. Try flash its really simple doing basic cell animation just by using layers and copying scenes.

  • well, this is "real" animation, this is probably the most real as it gets. Flash is artificial even though it still has it's good points. This is how they animated our cartoons without computers, so you could call it a classic animation, and it would still be real ;P

  • Wow you talk like your the creator. Actually you're referring to traditional animation which uses cells. The only time flip-books are used in traditional animation is to test motion which is later traced onto a cell and are done on punched paper not post-its. Regardless most traditional animations are done on cells and and even when they do pencil tests its not done with a pen.

  • but they still used flip books and without them it would be hard for the creators to know what to animate with computers

  • Good stuff man. Make something non flip book sometime. I'd like to see a short animation.

  • Yeah, they're really awsome, but jeez you need to get out more....

  • Coming from someone named poketoNERD.

  • your an amazing artist

  • thanks for the epileptic fit

  • Wow, u have great perspective. I didnt like the whole chop in half thing though Xo

  • ur seriously are AMAZIN keep up the awesome work

  • You are a very good artist. The only thing, I would add music. but do whatever you want. Very Good!

  • hey, psalty, where you goin' to church now?

  • awsome

  • Ok,..You, my man, should be using FLash pro 8 so you can animate and save them on your computer

  • How much paper do you use? Must be a lot

  • tell me how many of these things u have, i already watched like 6 of em...

  • i wanna bite that thumb..

  • roflmao!

  • I i thought making this with stickfigures was hard

  • nice

  • it musta taken forever to make that

  • I love to Make FLIPBooks

  • i love Psalty flipbooks!

  • like

  • feel

  • I

  • a like your videos a lot. You took the time making these drawings, why not try digitally photographing them and making an animated short?

  • I got an idea for your next animation. You could do an animcation for a Korean Music video e.g. Rising Sun - TVXQ (Dong Bang Shin Ki)

  • Nice! =D

  • One of the best flip books i have ever watched1

  • haha.. I added my own sound effects... cool video man.

  • That was awesome! Nice work.

  • dude..make a naruto 1 =P

  • I agree!

  • why do you move your thumb side to side in all ur flip book videos??

  • so he doesnt haev to slide it

  • Well, you try to just move your thumb directly down while flipping a 200 or more page memo book. I animate, and it's not as easy as it looks. If he doesn't ease it from side to side, all the pages will slip and it will go right to the end.

  • yah, how long did it take?

  • wow that must have took forever.. amazin.. i used 2 make um but they were stick figures :) urs it so much better...

  • AWESOME!

  • You = Teh pwnage. I make flipbooks, but as you probably would know, nothing even close to the amazing ones you have made. Purely awsome. Its really hard to even start to think of how to do a 3D story line on paper. I have done it before.

  • can you give me your outo graph before i have to stand in line to get it

  • you got the skills!

  • Awesome!

  • i love it. more now

  • haha nice, must have taken forever :p

  • THat's great, how do you keep it in the same place each frame?

  • wow.. how long did this take? :P

  • see i can draw but by looking at something its very rare i draw free handed but anyway your one of the best animators and drawers ever keep it up

  • freakin awsome

  • haha, now add music and/or sound effects

  • Bravo for a great performance

  • wow !! I tried to do this but I suck !! XDXD you are so great !!!

  • That was amazing. Good job.

  • as a kid I flip book'd the bible. new testament soft cover version...Im going to hell... :) or does god like a good flip book?

  • You are truly skilled.

  • how long that take you, message me back when ever

  • you're so friggin good, its incredible.

  • COOL COOL COOL

  • thats very nice. you got talent!

  • Right on. Nice work on your flip books. My first animations were flip books just like these, however I am nowhere near as good as you.

  • that was awesome. well done! :)

  • Thank you for your comment^^.

I`ll go to your channel to see the flipbook~*

    flipbook friend~^^

  • sorry...i keep running out of room. i think you will become one of the finest animators. great work my friend. please check out some of my flipbooks. we have different styles but its still cool to have a flipbook friend. nice to meet you ::shakes your hand::

  • so you use memo pads? how doyu you bind them, what is the cover? your flipbooks seem to fit the books perfectly, do you just animate for as long as there are pages in the memo pad? do you use a light table? do you take apart the pad then put it back together? do you animate backwords? whats your process like? im very interested.

  • the memopad is a set which binded^^

    I just bought it.

At that work, i did`n use light table.

I drew it from first page.^^

  • incredible work. i love the way you maintain the structures of the body of the people and robots you draw. it looks especially awesome cause the motion of the characters are so fast and fluid. i also make flipbooks and i appreciate the work you must have put into these.
