  • yea thats very safe!!

  • Flow out a bottle of beer and the current kills you...

  • God no... What a waste of beer :)

  • lol, prototype? its either gonna work or its not gonna work, the PCB would be part of the prototyping, the wire is going to add resistance values and change characteristics of the circuit

  • yeah, i know, today my prototype circuit looks different - better :) But i can't agree with one thing - resistance of wire isn't so important in tube amp.. More important is distance beetwen some parts... even + - 10ohms doesn't make that much different as short distance beetwen for example grid and anode wire..

  • dude wtf? havent you ever heard of a PCB

  • It's only for test!! Havent you ever heard of a prototype? ;)

  • holy shit! nice sound and some serious fire hazard you got there :D You're one brave man

  • watch that transformer around your monitor too... :S

  • Shield the circuitry - it genereates a bit of hum on this clip. Still, it sounds nice. Get a chassis and it'l kick arse.

  • SE 6BQ5/EL84 !

  • fantastic tone! Is this from a kit or did you build it from scratch?

  • none of this :) I was trying many different preamps and power amps and this is the best combination - preamp from Groove tubes Big trio and power amp based on one EL84 tube - nothing special but sounds good :)

  • Damn that is cool! How long did it take you to finish this project? Genius!

  • cool man =)
