I used to have Phoning the Czar in my vinyl collection. This was always a great track, and one they played constantly on the now defunct Breezin' 95.7 out of Racine. It's so good to hear this song again! I miss decent music instead of the soulless hiphop R&B they now generally play with the exception of Sunday morniings on today's formats.
