A baby deer(or moose, I can't remember, I wasn't there) thought my mom was it's mama for a little while one day. Her and my dad were taking a walk and my mom had long brown hair in a pony tail, this little thing followed them for a while and cried at her a few times. Whenever she'd turn around though it would back off with a look of, "Woah! That's not what I expected!" XD
Fawn...'Potential mum....Four legs, big ears, eats grass...check, taller than I expected though, but you'll do'....Horse...'stay out of my eating patch and we'll get along just fine!'
Oh my gosh! that soooo frickin cute! i thought the horse was going to kick it for a minute but then it put his foot down :P I was like "Ahh no! oh wait never mind" XD Cute video!
I was so scared he would hurt the little thing!! My heart stopped when he picked his foot up... but then, I know you wouldn't put gorey stuff on youtube... heehee
Is the horse actually that pissed off? It looks like it was just tolerating the fawn, and as for the fawn hanging around its legs, I doubt any animal would be happy with something hanging around its legs; it could trip the horse, potentially. The horse looks like it's just more interested in eating and rather indifferent to the fawn, not outright annoyed.
Plus, the snapping of the tail was another sign your horse was pissed off about having a little tiny fawn following him around. He is not a happy camper.
This horse is a gelding, correct? Then the horse has no "mothering" instincts. The horse was not trying to step on the fawn, but neither was he pleased to have the fawn on his hocks. And the shoving, that was your gelding pushing the fawn out of the way. I also have spent my entire life with horses, now I have nine of them. I do know how to read a horse's body language. The fawn, however, is very cute and your gelding is a handsome boy. Looks like the fawn was all right.

You need to be aware that the fact is that he was about to kick the fawn, right then and there you should get the horse out if the fawn follows see if u can direct the fawn in the right direction. You don't just stop and watch while the horse is getting pissed off the whole time!!! you do something about it,maybe u take a picture but then u deal with the situation right away!!

Not to step on? this horse was about ready to kick this little fawn!!! Did u not notice that the horses ears were pinned?(that means they are pissed off) Also in the begging this horse was pushing it away....There was nothing cute, there was a threat to the baby but nothing cute.

AWW! That has to be the sweetest thing I've ever seen! (even though your gelding doesn't seem to like the fawn hanging around his legs...but at least he didn't kick him/her)
