@HamptonRoadsTVFan My guess is earlier. If you notice the background map for the weather report, Ohio is in the 70's. So I'm thinking August or, at latest, September.

Actually, cable was around before this; we got cable in June of '76 (in North Georgia), and some of our neighbors had it a year or two before that.....
Judging from the car show ad saying it was running from Nov. 3-9, 1976; my guess is that this would be either November 1 or 2.
