The whole action was illegal. There is no justification of it. I've seen enough video shot by the soldiers in Iraq themselves to know that atrocities were and are committed. Is it the fault of the soldiers? No. It's been well documented that this is the result of being placed in these types of situations and in these types of conditions. Human beings are animals.
