The people who can afford cable TV, internet service, cell-phones, DVDs, big screen TVs, video games, and who are able to eat out and buy multiple pairs of shoes probably already have a health care plan. Even if the system were completely overhauled and became entirely government run, those people would still be paying taxes that cover their plan.
