it's not Nibiru. As you mentioned you are using binoculars over your camera and it is creating a double exposure. This is why when you take away your binoculars it's gone, it's not there. If a planet such as Nibiru were in fact that close we would already be experiencing effects in the orbit of the Earth and also gravitational chaos from Nibiru's gravity. We are not. Besides, the general belief is that Nibiru is behind the Sun, not the moon. And the light you see under the moon is a planet

To explain the reason you don't see "Nibiru" when its cloudy, There isn't nearly as much light reflecting from the sun into his lens for his lens to then reflect. Therefore, you don't have enough light from the moon to create a good enough copy of the moon for you to see like you do when he films it on a clear night when the moon has nothing obstructing its view.

the biggest problem i encountered with telescopes and the moon or other celestial bodies is that everything is moving. i presume there are algorithms that you can use to control the telescopes. but just winging it with your eye and your hand is tough.

I think it possibly could be from the MOON being halographic. Something was wrong and part of the system was accidently showing the projection (BLUE MOON ) because the shadows of the BLUE planet matches shadows from the MOON. This can explain why we cant see it.

Yeah, (Bi)noculars can have this effect sometimes. It can cause a reflection because you are looking at a very bright object at night though 2 lenses. The blue object looks exactly like the moon but a negative of it. The moon was in waning gibbous stage last night and that is what the blue "object" looks like. . There isn't anything there. If there were, you would be able to see it because the sunlight would be reflecting off o fit. Sorry man.
