Not much even if I worked hard before publishing. It came out in 1991 described as original NASA footage amongst other videos and photos, so it has been recorded before 1991. Working on Clementine Mission and photos from other sources I couldn't establish the date. It is amazing how hard is to find anything because of shortage of published photos of Tycho and another interesting crater Plato. I wouldn't be surprised that there is purpose in doing it.
