  • I love this song Thans.

    Indoniya

  • ante ormakal muzhuvan pazhaya kalathekku poyiiii........very nice song........

  • At the risk of repeating myself at multiple postings of this classic, no none else can ever do justice to that bit.."patturoomal ilakiyallo.." This song will always belong exclusively to Dasettan..

  • Forgetting that there were great and greater music directors like G.Ramanathan and Viswanathan and Ramamurthy to glorify the music world of TAMIL in cinema, some one has made an absurd comment ridiucling Tamil music in the name of glorifying Malayalam film music. G.Ramanathan ofTamill is still a legend and evergreen mastero.

  • @govindarajanns Sorry the comment. He might be referring to the new gen music directors who unnecessarily mix so much and english words and spoil the beauty of our beautiful languages. This was widely seen in Tamil movies and now the trend in followed in malayalam movies.

  • Imagine Mr. Baburaj singing this to us playing his Harmonium... A Ghazal.. man, I would give anything for that experience...

Sadly, we now live in a world were KOLAVERI DI is the trend of the town :(

  • wow great song rendered by..yesudas in superb fasion

  • A lovely song lacking in audio clarity.

  • very very nice song

  • If somebody ask me to name the best song in a movie (in any language), I will not hesitate to name this song. Bhaskaran's melodious lyrics tuned by genius Baburaj, sang so enchantingly by Yesudas will remain the best song ever ever created in Malayalam movies. This song has the unique distinction of the most "Slaughtered" song in Malm!! Every singer and guys who think they are singers tried to sing this song and failed miserably. Even Yesudas took several retake to sing this song perfectly!!

  • nice old romantic song

  • nice song

  • superb song.. i really like the third stanza ..

    "thalirmaram ilaki nintee....".. awesome ....

  • Awesome song!! Heard that Yeshudas had to do multiple retakes to get this song right.

  • one more thing Sree Yesudas mariyathakku paady..lol

  • Malayalathil ithupoloru gaanam ithu vare janichittilla......ini janikkukayum illa.....

  • you are absolutely right.those music directors did know the saul of our language and culture. unfortunately the new breed of so called music directors belong to Africa or Tamilnadu

  • @paayoub i think we lost the soul because we live in a materialistic world. We dont have the time for creativity we r running as fast as we can....

  • one of my personal fav songs.......
