hey fritz is this a good daemon army list (this is my 2000 pts apocalypse army for my tournerment soon : 26 bloodletters soulgrinder 20 daemonettes 15 plaughbearers great unclean one herald of nurgle the masque 10 horrors 3 flamers of tzeench . ( i have 5 flesh hounds and skull taker but im not using them in the tournerment. do you think thats a good list ?

I dont think your lift is good. Its too much incoherency. The mask is fragile. I would never take her unless I have a carefull plan with her and some other dance of death HQ's. Furthermore a herald of nurgle is truely no go. He's absolutely not worth the points. Try a slaanesh, tzeench or khorne chariot herald. Thirdly wheres the heavy choices?! only one soulgrinder and no princes means your butter on hot toast. Flamers are nice but I'd take two squads, incase it fails miserably.

Horrors en plague bearers are ok, but to pack a punch I'd suggest picking between blood letters and daemonettes to your preferred style, never take both. Great unclean one is always a nice bullit target so keep him. Hope you've got the soulgrinder plegmed up. Also flesh hounds I think suck while soulgrinder in chariot is the bomb his his 50% instantkill. Ride to a monstrous critter or HQ and whack him dead.

what is 2) battleforce

can up you banshees as they cannot suffer any shooting hits.

Scorpions are only good in terrain with lots of terrain. Use their exarch powers well.

Fire prisms tend to suck alone. Take in pairs.

Warp spiders kick ass. Pathfinder your rangers for more punch and you need mroe troops. (as in dire avengers or more pathfinders, maby even guardian bikes) NO CRAPPY GUARDIANS. (unless your swamping enemies)

That nurgle army sucked no nurglings? Thats one of the best troop chooses when playing nurgle since they arent affected by the slow and purposeful rule and have 3 wounds each. They would keep the eldar in combat till the plagebearers can get to them.

And why did he use the necrotic missile from kurgoth when it dose the same thing breath of chaos dose but wont scatter.

i think the only thing that could of standed a really good chance of standing aginst harliquins is bloodletters or daemonettes becas the daemonettes 40 attacks rending claws and inishitave 6....... not bad and bloodlettters with hellblades (power weps) really good but plaugebearers are nnot gona stand much of a chance against harliqiuns + the daemon princes should have had Boom Of Mutation wich would turn the farseer into a spawn wich would stop doom (i think doom comes from farseer not sure)

I once tried to shield my big bugs against Harlequins with my Genestealers. Forgot they have furious charge and thus initiative 7... Could be the same with Demonettes. Sure, Demonettes cost 10 points less than a Harlequin but who plays big units of Demonettes?

On the other hand, i wouldn't have thought anybody would play a Nurgle themed Demon army...

That was a really interesting battle report, one of the best i'v seen on Youtube. The amount of explanation and size of the armies (not to big nor small) were just right. It's just to bad the commentary ended just at the most exciting part. But keep up the good work.

It doesnt really matter because in the eldar codex theres a thing called the infinity circuit which absorbs eldar souls and can put them back in bodies so any army can have eldrad.

I am very surprized you didnt push the Wraithlords into combat since they had anti-tank weapons........St10 T8 W3.........they are great at holding a large squad up till the Harlys can get the charge....and they do well against greater deamons too

Plague bearers have poision weapons- wound on a 4+ no matter the T of the model. Plus they are fearless, so I would attack and kill 1-2 with my 'lords and then they would fall under massed attacks. Only the harlies + doom could take them on the charge. So I hit the princes and papa nurgle with the 'lords ranged fire and my rangers.

good call.......I did forget about the 4+ poison....... its just I tend to start a combat with the 'lords to prevent the Harlys from being charged..... +1St on the charge is too good to pass up, and most times the lord can survive 1 round of combat......

i'm sure that would of been the worst thing to do if his harlies had say come on piece meal then fritz wouldo f most likely lost with nurgle daemons a lot of the time the only way to go is massed out shooting and assault to bring them down sending troops in piecemeal is the worst thing 2 do Anyways good vid fritz

Harlies play the exact opposite of my Saim-Hann, which is driving guys at the club nuts, since they think they had me figured out for my play style and it gets switched up. Anyway, Harlies are always on the table (except vs. drop pods) as they have veil of tears. Facing demons I 100% needed them to gang up with multiple unit assaults to take down those plague bearers- which even with doom were hard to do. My opponent, Mike, is a good player.
