Yeah... this was a rough cut... I've seen some very cool stuff from AE.... this was a bit more basic...

It is difficult to explain in text but it is a very labor intensive prosess involving layer compositing and keyframing. There is no plugin for this effect, essentially, it is all done by hand. Adobe Photoshop skills are a must.

right, ive seen that sort of thing on TV. Its awesome, really stands out especially with the right sorta music. I got photoshop cs3
