since m living abroad n getting banana leaf is lik a treasure hunt... .... cn i steam the fish coving wit allumian foil.....is it safe ......i hope to get a reply...BTW fish looks reallly health wit green chutney....Thnx maam....waitin for ur reply.......
you can't use aluminum foil in microwave. metal is not allowed in microwave. you can rap fish in a wet piece of plain white clean cotton cloth instead of banana leaf.
