This song reflects Bond's feelings well. You notice in the movie he's constantly on the move not really caring what happens, but he has to do this because he knows if he were to ever just stop and think about the events that have happened it might break him. So, he hides all his emotions under his usual calm attitude and keeps busy with his job. But it's scenes and music like this where you see what's really going on inside his head.
Part of the movie where Bond drink liquor and get drunk by Vesper, this scene is memorable for me, none of the other James Bond films is upset and drunk by a woman, a little cry
I probably call this my favorite on QoS. Why? Because of it's connection to Vesper and Casino Royale. We never have a direct reminder of her not even seeing any flashback of her, like it's not getting the attention it deserves, espesically since it's a hidden drive of Bond. Maybe it's almost literally playing as a second part which you can see back-to-back? Where Vesper is but now only a photo that Bond can look at for only a few free minutes. Like a diminished presence that lingers as heartache
0:49 to 0:55 is the type of music that I rarely hear ever and it was used perfectly here. Matches Bond's mode with that dronning, humming music sounding like in tragic memory like he's lost in his mourning sorrow that even though you never see it on his face, you feel it that it's within his soul. Anyone, please tell me what type of sound editing makes such wonderful music that I crave to hear more of.
@AspergianMind It's a combination of different programming using synthesizers, I don't how to better describe it than that. If you like this kind of music, check out the track called "Old Souls" from the Inception soundtrack by Hans Zimmer.

this tune is fantastic , along with the scene itself it adds a realism that this movie is still part of casino royale in some respect
