  • y don't u shave your eyebrows off?? i used to be blonde so you couldn't see my eyebrows. i shaved them and now they're brown :D. You look a lot skinner to me and i think you look really good with blonde in your hair. I do squats, lunges, pushups, crunches and leg lifts everyday. i've did them the whole time i've exercised so about 25 days. btw how much did u lose? j/w :P.

  • I know that you like the blond hair Tonya but I like you better in black or a darker more natural hair color. The blond kind of washes you out if you know what I mean and it makes your hair look to dry.

  • Hey Tonya, don't get discouraged about the videoing not becoming a habit. I recently read an article about willpower and the researcher was explaining that we as humans have a limited threshold for willpower (practicing delayed gratification can increase this threshold). Anyway, they say that usually if one uses a lot of willpower to accomplish one goal, they will usually deplete their willpower "resources" and slack on something else. So it's normal! Anyway keep up the good work!

    Have you tried any of the Biggest Loser vids? I'm doing them and they are specifically for fat loss. I'm telling you, their the best for weight loss. I bet you; if you do the Cardio one for one week straight, you WILL drop at least 5lbs! I'm swearin by this.

    I think u should try the P90X program. It really works.

    When you put up 21 days challenge, I started with the P90X & im still working on it. It's HARD but it really works

  • i think you should do a muscle building challenge instead of just a push-up challenge. muscle building could be push ups, lunges, crunches, anything that works the muscle groups

  • Hello Tonya, 4the push ups competiton, some info: The arms rthe 2nd body part that carry less fat (the 1° one is the face) so, 21 will be A LOT so, 14 days are just fine, so why don't you post and entry and we put some video response (like a sing of suscription to the contest) telling how many push ups (some measures etc) we'll do per day (it's recommended do when we awake and before sleep) and finally you put another video and we send you our video responses withe the results! What you think?

I think you are a cool person and need to keep on doing what you are doing. My suggestion is to create a news of the day video similar to what we get every evening on television at 6pm. You will make the perfect newscaster.

  • I couldn't do push ups before I started doing torso twists, holding my arms strait out strengthened my shoulders. I am double jointed in my shoulders and they used to pop in and out of place when I tried doing push ups. I would love to have cut arms, mine have always been thick but not tone, even when I was skinny.
