  • im a guy at 14 years old, im not fat, i go boxing 2 times a week, i run outside/on a treadmill 2 times a week aswell, so i work out 4 times a week, i eat very healthy, ive been doing all this for about 1 year now, and 2 abs are starting to show, isnt there any faster way of getting a six pack? am i doing it right? please answer

  • I run 7 times a week for 30 minutes then do your abdominal work out, then stop, cycle aprox 7 miles on the bike machine in my gym and do the abdominal workout again and then go swimming at the pool in my apartment complex. I have only been eating healthier the past month but I have been doing this excersice to the nose for the past 3 and a half months and I have seen little result. An advice it would be much apreciated?

  • @JDonaldson94 Since you've only been eating healthier for a month you've basically made only one month's progress because exercising and ab workouts are a waste of time if your not eating the right foods. You pretty much wasted the first two months sorry.

  • @JDonaldson94 Doing too long a work out, Trying doing short time but high intense training. get a high heart rate and keep breaks shorter.. Circuit training..

  • @ajskdlfla you have not done this exercise have you? You know it doesn't really matter what exercise you do or how much weight you lift, its about how much your engaging your muscles. You have to try and isolate the muscle your trying to work and engage it. Sure a lot of these exersises can be done easily if you don't isolate but thats not the point...

  • @ThePerun1 If he doesn't answer this, in his other videos he says you should workout again after you stop feeling sore when you stretch out: if your stomach still aches when you lean back or do a big yawning stretch, you should wait. when the ache is gone, you can do the ab exercise again. If there is no ache, pick it up a step, try doing it a little longer, push yourself to the best of your abilities.

  • @ThePerun1 no im not brandon :P no do not work your abs everyday. its the same with any sort of physical train whether it be weight training or whatever else. if you are continually training yourself everyday the you will not give your body chance to recover which may actually result in you not gaining anything at all.

  • @Makedonija09 Eat clean, small but regular amounts of complex carbs, low fat and at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. Just eat enough, but eat very clean, no cheating (chocholate, treats, crap). And do cardio. Don't confuse yourself by reading loads of different contrasting things and stick to one method. Do that basically and you will loose weight. Once you get used to that you can go high protein days as a boost days don't do that all of the time.

  • @redderstheamazing Look at 'supermans' or 'back raises' but start with the easier ones where you use your hands to assist. You can also use the abs cradle and do crunches first with the idea of fatigueing the abs more first - so that your lower back does not give way first when doing these. These exercises are good in the video, especially in that they work the bottom of the abdominals and below them but quite advanced, hard on the back to be fair.

  • @Hellsconsort Thanks for the reply mate, yeah ill try them both.....Ive been using this little plastic device called back magic, its just an arch shape and you lay on it and it lenghtens the back and re aligns it and gives better posture....it has done wonders so far....

  • @SuperFamousstars Well I did this routine once and I repeated this routine 3 times, I immidiatly saw some light lines of a six pack afterwards, but gues you'll just have to find it out for yourself if this works.. It sure is worth trying it!

  • @gTa4ever1369 well i suggest you get a good amount of sleep and exercise every other day if you do it every day it doesn't give your body the time it needs to recover making you bulid muscle a lot slower
