No, medical cannabis is not legal in SC. With the impression given by television & movie personalities, one would think that cannabis is laughable, easily accessible and penalties for possession and distribution - less than a traffic ticket at best, but that's not the case.
In the 36 remaining states (and to varying degrees in the 14 states that have medical cannabis laws) the penalties are quite severe. In every case, the chronically & terminally ill suffer.

@TripleX2go, There are many good people in SC who are working very hard toward our cause. The unfortunate thing is something you are pointing out in your comment. You and the rest of your fine state are not hearing about it.
We must do all we can to spotlight their efforts and the lives of your chronically and terminally ill.
