  • i always name the red mage after me too

  • Wow, I had no idea wooden armour was a level J spell.

  • @ReloadPsi

It's often used to heal invisible Imps.

  • lol 2:46 "is Imp Ineffective?" Why yes, yes they are.

  • wow they really improved the graphics when they redid it

  • Red Mage is cool. Those are some kick ass names my friend.

  • red mage is my fav too.

  • yeah, red mage of ff1 could at least use curuga and all the ga spells. (or at least in gba version)

I feel sorry for them when they can only use up to ra. It's not too useful after awhile in the later games. Unless I'm just not too good at the certain final fantasy games.

my reasoning: firaga 3345 damage at certain level

fira is usually around half of that right? or maybe even less than half?

maybe I'm wrong, but...you get what I mean right. Just don't allow red mage magic like holy...right?

  • @caneida Well, the reason Red Mage is so bad at magic is actually because he's a fighter, too. He can use all Fighter weapons and armor, and cast spells. He's too powerful if he could cast all the good spells. I myself find the Red Mages to be extremely useful. My team is always the same: Fighter, Thief, Black Belt, and Red Mage. After a bit of leveling up, I swap Red Mage and Thief, since Red Mage can actually use armor, but I digress.

  • @gravisamurai89

Aha. Yeah, I guess I did find my Red Mage, Thief, White Mage, Warrior team a little powerful in attack. But yeah, thank for the info. I did give my red mage the good weapons simply because, red mage has style. heh heh. I voted your comment up.
