I watched your how to lesson for this song and it has been a great help. Also a response to the jack ass who said I watched MM's version and you should pull yours, sorry everyone isn't Jimmy Hendrix or Neil Pert. With that theory Monte Montgomery should pull his because Daryl Hall does it best. What a Jack ass
Thanks for the kind words, but actually I have a pretty loud voice when I sing out. One problem is that I tend to record these late at night in my apartment. If I sing in my full voice, the neighbors will not be happy ;-)
nice job... not an easy song to sing but i wish the camera was a bit lower so i could see the chords... does anyone else play like him? .. if so pls post chords & capo fret.
Gimme a break! Your right u don't do this song justice.I'd be embarassed to put this on UT. Check out the Monte Montgomery version and I think you will want to pull this of UT. Sorry Bud but just keepin it real!
well, considering that I have the MM version as one of my favs, obviously I've seen it. As for "pulling it," well that really isn't what yt is about now, is it? Instead it is about putting your stuff out there...ie actually creating something rather than just being a passive consumer. It takes balls to put your sh*t out there. So where are your videos? ;-)
Hang in there, perilousRelish! One thing I like about YT is watching people gain skill and confidence as they post more videos. If utter perfection were the standard for any artistic endeavor, Shakespeare and Aretha and the Beatles would have given up before they started. Art and music are about growing - just check out KrittyBean's songs, and compare here first efforts to her most recent ones. Good for you for putting yourself out there!
Some people don't realize that this song is about the emotion and feeling, not the vocals.

your voice sounds great, just sing a little louder! not sayin you really need voice lessons, but that would help you sing louder.
