  • Can't imaagine after Goegre AFB closed down, there can't be very many jobs left. if any! Couldn't even imagine wanting to live there in the summer what 120 degrees. maybe a sownbirb winter stay three months of the year!

  • Section 8 = FREELOADERS!!! Give them brooms and let them sweep the streets for minimum wage!

  • The whole high desert sucks.

  • @TheRaawan what an arrogant piece of crap you are... hahahahahahahah

  • Sam's Voice sounds so familiar.

  • I can see exactly why you guys are starting a commune and going off the grid. These people in our government are following orders from a much darker source than politics. It never ceases to shock me because they never cease to get worse at every turn. I'm working on a new bug-out generator that is like 3x the size and can power a house minimally for free. This one may cost me but I know it's worth it. I'll keep yall updated.

  • @TheRaawan You live in North Korea, no matter how bad it gets here we are still winners compared to you haha.

  • You can bet that there are clauses in the rental agreement that will make it easy to evict for the slightest infraction as soon as the market improves. Only those that watch their P's and Q's will still be there 5 years from now.

  • u kno the black guy got hit hard,it knocked his teeth out

  • The U.S. was SOOOOOO wonderful during the eight years of Bush! Now we have Obama, and it's all gone to hell! It's all HIS FAULT!

  • I use to live in Victorville, only lasted 2 years...it got really bad

  • i grew up in adelanto it was a beautiful place to live but then this shit hit and now all we have are ignorant ass gang bangers living there way to go, you ruined this beautiful place

  • "SAM" is an intelligent guy, but it's now realized that a house is only worth what someone will pay for it.

I'm now seeing this happening witthin wealthier communitities (i.e. Pasadena, Alhambra, BelmontShore, SealBeach, HuntingtonBeach, etc..)

In fact, now in BelmontShore, many of the "haves" are now becoming the "have nots".

    Welcome to the club.

  • We have what was to be a high end subdivision development in our county. Some bought near $1m homes when it first started, but then the newer homes built where smaller and where section 8. Now those with the high end homes can't sell them for even half what they paid. It's amazing how this type of zoning can take place. This is in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

  • Oh no, how terrible! People smoking weed and drinking beers on their property! Darn poor people, don't u know u r supposed to b homeless! Don't u know rich people don't drink beer and smoke!

  • When I was a kid Victorville was all dirt.

  • I don't get how it is socialist?

If the houses were nationalise then it would be socialism

  • 30% is on Human Resources, but 51% is spent on Military....

    23% [past military] + 28% [current military] =51%

    General Government =13%

    Physical Resources =6%

30% on Human Resources isn't enough, if you want to see more Crime and more Chaos then Welfare Reform and cutbacks are a great way to make this country worse....If you cut off food stamps people will steal their food instead....If you stop housing people in Section 8 housing then there will be more tent cities and homeless people.

  • This guy making these videos is just a grumpy Yuppie idiot that only has a third grade economic education...This is all deliberate. The government is turning the world into what it is today. The government are leeches.Stop complaining about people on welfare and public assistance, the amount of tax dollars that goes toward stuff like Welfare is insignificant compared to what they spend on war and controlling everyone....Class War !!!! The Only War Worth Fighting!!!!

  • I'll give you credit that the gov does spend more on the military, around 36%. However, it spends 30% on human resources which includes welfare, this takes up the second largets part in expenses. So to make the claim that welfare is insignificant is outlandish. The only way which we can prosper is to start producing instead of giving handouts.

  • @LordoftheKaty the U$A is run by parasitical fascist yuppies so it's not people on welfare really milking the country dry, that is a diversion from the real issues, diversionary tactics to keep you confused...We give out more Corporate Welfare than welfare to the people....I'd rather have a crackhead in a Section 8 apt. smoking $500 worth of rock every week then pay for a $500 bomb to kill some people with or pay to bail out some scumbag corporation....

  • @LordoftheKaty

Your Country is going into the toilet and it's all a planned Spectator Event that will be Broadcasted live on Cable TV in stereo.. It's only fake money printed by the Federal Reserve anyways......I'm sure more money get diverted into Pentagon Black Budget projects and all kinds of stuff we don't know about......

  • learn something new every day. i like this channel.

  • Serious welfare reform is the answer. Many Section 8 tenants make a career off of milking the system. The cure is to require Section 8 voucher recipients -- or welfare recipients in general -- to actually apply for work weekly and turn in each place they've applied to. Then mandate these lazy ex-welfare caseworkers to follow-up and verify. Secondly, mandate these deadbeats to neighborhood cleanup or some other form of public service in exchange for free rent.

  • IM A CROSSDRESSER

  • all cities are stop selling or even renting to albinos because they are most dysfuntional, not wholsome as black or latinos!

  • darn tha obama... EVERYTING was PERFECT 12months ago.. then he gets elected and EVERYTING collapses!

(is that how you republicans see it???)

  • The richer gets richer, the poorer gets poorer

  • @magnum123451 ...and that government approved!

  • This shit is no fair

  • Section 8 housing is the most evil thing in real estate ever. Don't get a job, don't have earned income or you will lose your section 8 status. How can communities fight it as it moves in?

  • Pretty heavy to be honest... but I am certainly looking forward to part 2!

    Good stuff, George.

  • Good stuff, George.

    next soup lines

    welcome

great vids george you should be on tv but that would requier them telling the truth

    ahhah

  • Google: LARouche PAC

  • "I'm paying $2300 per month."

Where do people get that kind of money when the national median income is just over $50,000?

    More defaults coming.

  • George I wish you would drive up to Lake Tahoe and do some videoing!!! The scenery would be good for you right now--; p I used to live their--spent a yr there on the way to Alaska--back in the 80's--it was great! I wked at the oldest casino on the lake and lived in South Beach--I rented from a couple who had a home in the High Dessert too. I'm too old and far away now to travel far--LOL.

  • I gotta say something I have thought a million Xs--I could NOT live in a house someone else lost-if I could buy it at a fraction of it's worth I would and GIVE it back to the orginal owners.

    Thx I feel better now ; p

KEEP UP THE GR8 WK George.

  • I feel the same , i think its bad karma to profit off of some one elses misery.

  • what he said at 2.49 is FRAUD....by you letting your property go into forclosure and your wife purchases a house under her credit (assuming the origional purchase was done under the husband) this is fraud..

  • How is it fraud if it is a totally diffent house ? Also there is a difference between letting it go to foreclosure and you not being able to stop a foreclosure.

  • if a person is married they are jointly liable even if the other person was not part of the r/e purchase/refi transaction..page 3 of the 1003

Are you presently delinquent or in default on any Federal debt or any

other loan, mortgage, financial obligation, bond, or loan guarantee...

further more part of loan application asks current residence you need to list an address and if you own or rent. clearly if your married and your husband was on the mortgage at the time of closing you can not lie

  • if one does, that is fraud..when one clicks "owns" the bank will then want to know as part of underwriting the mortgage history (even if the person is your husband and not on the new loan) when they see the 120+ day lates and NOD...your dead...if they fail to do this level of underwriting and you fail to inform them the current house is in forclosure..you commited fraud...withholding any information that could negatively impact the underwriting process is fraud...

  • you can not lie?

you mean like letting illegals in america?

    starting wars on false pretenses

you mean closeing down all gm dodge selling out america to china

do you mean cnbc running america into the ground so people like larry kudlow can say goldy lox dow 50 thousand

do you mean people paying inflated tax real estate prices on homes that arent worth a third of what there true value is like greenspan throwing money out of helicopters

so an old scrawny man can feel like a hero

  • And what would you call what the banks are doing?

  • the banks just look at as a business transaction..there are no emotions, faces or "hard luck stories" that they give a rats azz about...i know the impact as people i know have gone and are being forclosed...btw i owned a mortgage company for 7 years..closed it down may 08 and have been unemployed myself ever since...

  • Sorry to hear that. People need to have the same emotions as the banks, which is none. Screw your credit screw your mortgage if you are upside down. Life is not all about pleasing the banks. it's two sided banks play hardball you play hardball.

  • the other side of the equation is most corporations now pull a persons credit prior to an interview..if they see maxed out cards, a NOD, forclosure etc... you wont even get a call. their logic is if you cant maintain your life, your not responsible enough to hold down a position in our company...god forbid your in a commission industry...they will shun you like the plague as your potentially going to not put the clients needs first..as you have bigger problems at home.

  • If you are unemployed own a home and have credit card debt you don't have any other choice. If you have a job and cant pay your bills then walking away is your best bet, As far as corporations pulling your credit.. Well they aren't hiring. And by the time this is all said and done the Credit scoring system will have to be modified.

  • You know whats sick is that you often hear these guys say that on the other side, business failures actually qualify someone to run a startup..

  • Word 1adada, the recent court decision in Kansas re: the weird proxy corp that actually holds the notes on mortgages that immunizes the banks from fraud actually technically also prevents them from foreclosing as well.

  • Sam the Man!

  • I should take a drive down there with my brothers ,and invest in some properties man. What about Imperial county George ?? Sam is a great tour guide man...

  • The banks gambled big and lost. Too bad for them. Let them close and find new jobs.

  • George what do you mean by "socialism", libertarian, authoritarian, national, christian democratic, mertitocratic, technocratic? Its a big word with many different forms and pursations.. . This is lynch mob thinking with a big dose of fear mongering , very much reminiscent of the mccarthyist tar and feather brigades of the fifties. Please be more precise with your thinking and your opinions.

  • sounds like victorville mimicked vegas.

    great interview.

  • comparables are a nightmare... what was 350k is now low 100's... and that's what the shit's worth now.

  • Highly rated, widely shared. I keep asking my pal in LA who paid a lot for his condo near MacArthur park a few years ago and is on disability about this area, and he keeps saying, people were fools to even consider buying or living out there. Ouch.

  • Housing prices across this country have no where to go but further into the abyss.

No jobs ==> more houses on the market ===> lower prices on houses.

Regardless of our useless Government's efforts to artifically keep the prices of houses up ... prices must, and will come down drastically over the next several years.

  • The problem is after they get finished drinking their MD 20/20s and their 40oz, they toss the empty bottle on YOUR lawn!

Then you ask them nicely not to do it, they answer,"i'm gonna bust a cap in your ass"......;-(( living up to their name given to them by the HooD!

  • Excellent interview George!

Sharing the stories of real people ... people on main street ... the people who will take this country back soon.

  • This is such a good interview. Thanks for the info.

  • G4T.... Another great video..... excellent interview!!!!

  • this is what happens when you sell dirtbag homes in a windy, hot ,dustbowl for $400,000 to people with zero down.

  • I have said it before, and will gain, your real estate vids are really your forte.

  • You can't choose your neighbors, but the government can...as this gentleman has pointed out. The gov't has us stretched on the rack and is slowly ratcheting up the pain.

  • Very informative !

  • great vid...more real life stories.

  • good stuff. he has some great insight

  • There is a disabled Persian Gulf War veteran (he has MS from all the toxins) in my town, and he, too, is surrounded by parasites and leeches who cause nothing but trouble.

  • 3:19 hes on point here. this is what obama wants. This is what pisses me off because i work hard.

  • Great video!

  • Thanks George..... for all your hard work...You sound A little sick...?

  • This would be a perfect time to go out west and get a cabin and get away from cities.

  • oh wow great updates keep up the good work!

  • Redistribution of wealth sucks! I can't imagin seeing people in a million dollar naborhood with gangbangers but now I guess the time has come for the poor to live it but I think it will be short lived as people will grow tired of the same old attitude that got us in this mess to start with.

  • Redistribute my work ethic, not my wealth!

  • Going to work while your neighbor sits on his ass drinking a beer, getting a check from the government. Folks, this is not going to last much longer. Just look at what happens when empires collapse (USSR). No one gets a money from the government. People in Russia, working for the government, didn't get a paycheck for months. There is no such thing as welfare or section 8. This is what's coming here. The crime & violence in this country is going to be unbelievable.

  • This whole thing can be stopped! The only problem is, not enough people are feeling the pain yet. Once they do, we need to march straight down to our Representatives office, and throw their asses right out into the street. The next step is to put the working person in office."We The People"

  • George! what are you eating to make you look like Mr. Puffin Face?

    Eat healthy. No McDeath snacks

  • Actually I'm vegetarian now...high blood pressure gone, high cholesterol gone, but i've gained some weight..

  • George your face looks puffy from lack of sleep. Are you having chronic insomnia?

  • @George- Funny how that works huh? Doctors tell you to take all these drugs but simply changing your diet takes care of most everything. I went through pretty much the same thing awhile back. I've since gone to the next step and changed to a complete vegan diet and have never felt better.

  • The real secert to losing weight and feeling better is stop drinking "cabonated water" products like coke and pepsi. It stops back problems and joint problems. The carbonation is real bad for your digestive tract and bones.

  • @InflationUS a chubby vegetarian? seriously?

  • Good info George. I sent it to my sis who is taking a job near that area and was thinking of moving to Victorville. I wonder if there is a good decent part she could purchase a home with not so much renters, sec 8 people. I told her to do her homework.

  • Thanks for the tour Sam.

  • George, please don't get the Swine Flu.

  • awesome video

  • Crazy stuff great video.

  • did you contract H1N1 yet?

  • Real talk, good info.

  • Hey george, are you planning to come to Vegas... I live in Vegas... My roommate owns a house in spring Valley Lake in Victorville... Is it that bad there?

  • not sure

  • are you going to participate in the revolution? You're not militia, right? Just a conservative journalist?

  • nutin to do but pray

  • George

    Thank you

    for keeping it real .

    Peace
