What the hell.....? I Know who FIghter Roar is, but I didn't know that he was THIS badass! I mean, he's not even a mech, and according to my Endless Frontier EXCEED official guide, this guy's only 17 years old, and he's beating up mechs even though he's not in one! Help me out here please, I'm confused. o.O

What kind of licensing issues do they have releasing it here? I can understand not wanting to hunt voice actors.... but I won't complain if it was just a text translation...

@basslv3 It's an issue with Sony. They require an English audio track for every Japanese game localized. DVD5's(the 4gb ones) can't handle the size of both tracks. The hunt for voice actors and having to fight with unions would be too painful and time consuming. It just wouldn't be a good business tactic seeing as how this franchise has an extremely niche fanbase here in the states and the first 2 OG games on GBA sold terribly.

Certainly, the redesigned Kaiser has a lot of Gravion influence, but they're certainly different enough that I can appreciate them as seperate mechs.
